Awaken Your Earth Star

1. Stand firmly on the ground with your feet hip-width apart.

2. Focus on your feet and imagine the energy flowing down the feet, like the sides of an inverted triangle, until they meet about thirty centimeters below the ground.

3. Then focus your attention on the two toes, then the right foot, then the heel, and finally the left foot. Continue to make this slight movement until you feel your earth star is fixed.

4. Then put your mind on the planet Earth. Visualize it as the room under your feet, shining.

5. Be aware that the seeds of your potential are growing in this room.

6. Your kundalini is kept here.

You can do it routinely as follows, but when you are familiar with these chakras, you can do this meditation while walking outside, taking a train, taking a plane, or taking a car (passenger). It is very simple, and the more you do it, the more you can fix, open and activate your ascension chakra.

4. Focus on your root chakra at the pubic bone and ask Archangel Gabriel to connect with you. Pause until you can feel His presence with you. Then take three breaths, inhaling the breath into your white gold root chakra and exhaling it.

5. Bring your awareness to your genital chakra and ask Archangel Gabriel to enter this chakra. Then inhale the breath into your pale pink genital chakra and exhale it three times.

6. Move up to your navel chakra and invite Archangel Gabriel to move into it too. Then take three breaths, inhaling the breath into your glowing orange navel chakra and exhaling it.

7. Focus on your solar plexus and call upon Archangel Uriel to come in to sustain the energy of wisdom here. Then inhale the breath into your deep golden solar plexus chakra and exhale it three times.

8. Rise to your heart chakra and invite the Archangel Chamuel to awaken your purest love. Then take three breaths, inhaling the breath into your pure white heart chakra and exhaling it.

9. As you focus on the center of your throat, call upon Archangel Michael to touch you here. Then inhale the breath into your royal blue throat chakra and exhale it three times.

10. Focus on your third eye and let Archangel Raphael assist you here. Then take three breaths, inhaling the breath into your crystal clear third eye and exhaling it.

11. Let your consciousness move to your crown chakra. Feel the Archangel Joffel, also the Angel of Wisdom, open your chakras to greater heights. Then inhale the breath into your crystal clear crown chakra and exhale it three times.

12. You are now activating the ascension chakra in your head, being aware of your pure white karma chakra, and having Archangel Christine help you. Then inhale and exhale three times.

13. A little higher is your soul star, which is a deep pink. Feel the Archangel Mariel working with you, then inhale and exhale three times.

14. It's time to move to your galaxy portal. Call on Archangel Metatron and feel him expanding your last chakra, then inhale and exhale the breath into this golden orb of light, repeat three times.

15. Thank you archangels for helping you activate your chakras and open your eyes.

Working with twelve chakras

Focus on frequency and charge your twelve chakras. Archangel Jophiel: Please open and connect with my crown chakra.

Archangel Metatron: Please open and connect with my galactic portal chakra.

Another very powerful workaround is to gaze at the golden ball representing the archangel of each chakra, which will make you glow with light.
