4 Health Tips That Will Keep You Healthy Forever

1. Drink Water from a Copper Vessel
Medical science has taken a keen interest in the antibacterial properties of copper. Numerous experiments have been conducted over the past few years, and scientists have discovered that water has a memory of its own—it remembers everything it touches. Because of water's memory, we pay attention to the container in which it is stored. If you store water overnight, or at least for four hours, in a copper vessel, it absorbs some of the copper's properties. This water is especially beneficial for your liver and generally for your health and vitality. If water is pumped at high speed, circling countless bends through iron or plastic pipes, and reaches your home, it becomes significantly impure due to the friction and friction that occurs at these bends. However, water, along with its memory, also has the power to return to its original state. If you leave this tap water undisturbed for an hour, the problem disappears automatically.
2. Give your body rest, not sleep
While the time you go to bed depends on your lifestyle, the key is how many hours of sleep you need. It's often said that you should get eight hours of sleep a day. What your body needs isn't sleep, it's rest. If you give your body rest throughout the day, if your work and exercise are all a form of rest for you, your sleep hours will automatically decrease. People tend to do everything with stress. I've seen people tense up even while walking in the park. This kind of exercise will do more harm than good, because you're treating everything as if you're fighting a war. Why don't you just take a leisurely walk? Whether it's walking or jogging, why not do it with complete enjoyment and relaxation? So the question comes back to the same thing: how much sleep does my body need? It depends on the type of physical work you do. You don't need to dictate either the amount of food or the hours of sleep. "I have to consume this many calories," "I have to sleep this many hours," are all useless things to live life. If the level of physical work you're doing today is low, then eat less. If you have more work tomorrow, then eat more. The same goes for sleep. When your body is fully rested, it will wake up, whether it's 3 a.m. or 8 a.m. Your body shouldn't wake up when your alarm rings. Once the body has rested, it should wake up on its own.
3. Fast once every two weeks
There's a thing called a "mandala" (circle) associated with your body's natural cycle. A circle means that every 40 to 48 days, the body goes through a specific cycle. Each cycle consists of three days when your body doesn't need food. If you become aware of your body, you will realize that your body doesn't need food during these days. You can comfortably go without food on any one of these days. This means that you can go without food for one day every 14 days. If you simply can't go without food, or your work schedule makes it impossible for you to remain hungry, and you don't have the necessary patience to remain hungry, you can eat fruits. The bottom line is to become aware of your system. Furthermore, if you are a frequent tea or coffee drinker and try to fast, you will face significant difficulties. There is only one solution to this problem. If you want to fast, first improve your eating habits. First, develop the habit of eating the right kind of food, and then consider fasting. Trying to forcibly suppress your cravings will harm your body. Another important point here is that you should never force yourself.
4. Always sit with your back straight
Relaxation of the body's internal organs is crucial. This has many aspects. For now, we'll consider just one aspect. Most of the vital internal organs are located in the chest and abdomen. These organs are neither rigid nor fixed in place by nuts or bolts. They are loose and swaying within a mesh. These organs can experience maximum comfort only if you cultivate the habit of sitting with your spine straight. According to modern thinking, comfort means leaning back or hunching over. But this type of sitting never provides rest to the body's organs. Keeping your body straight doesn't mean we don't like comfort; rather, it's simply because we understand and experience comfort differently. You can cultivate the habit of relaxing your muscles while keeping your spine straight. But conversely, when your muscles are flexed, you can't relax your limbs. There's no other way to relax them. Therefore, it's essential to position our bodies in a way that keeps our spine straight and our nervous system relaxed.
