Let me start off by saying that space and time are the only things you can give to anyone. Well, I know you are thinking about the gift you gave to your friend at their birthday party but if you think about it, the gift can be rejected, broken, lost or any myriad of other things. What you gave during the party was your time and your proximity to that person aka space. What else is there? I wish I could end this article here because what I have said is the only situation you can ever be in, giving or receiving time and or space.

Pontificate along the winding roads of your mental maze and understand how these 2 galactic powers show within your daily life. Being in the same vicinity as another individual causes a space-time entanglement. This can be demonstrated by the sight of another's ideas in the real world while in proximity to them. If a friend loves a particular subject whether they mention it or not, and you are close by, you will start to see, hear or experience that same thing in due time. Another example of this can be shown in you knowing a friend's favorite dish when traveling to a restaurant together. If you are close to them, you will start to see that dish as you approach the restaurant, whether as a sign, overheard speech, or a physical object.

Another manifestation of time and space comes in the form of the carrying of energy. Have you ever gone through a time of absolute rage? How long did that emotion stick with you? How many people were affected by your mood that weren't a part of you being angry? Space and time are the carriers of emotion. What ever mental, emotional or spiritual state you are in will be carried by the vehicles we call space and time.

Space and time bring understanding too, if you spend space and time alone and in solitude you will begin to see that they are tangible illusions. How can you give space and time if they are illusory? Confused yet? If we were to measure all space, how would you do it? If we were to measure time without the vehicle for measurement (numbers) how would we take account of it? You see, space and time are not physical phenomena they are conceptual ideation for measurement and precision; meaning they are only given titles and measure once a limit is given. Always remember, space is boundless and time is ongoing, so how in the world would you be able to physically touch it? This is why it can be given and taken because you and I establish a limit for them. Furthermore, wasting this boundless resource will also bring understanding because when you miss out on something with a limit, you feel regret, anger, sorrow thus bringing further understanding.

All the aspects of space and time are means for us to bring experience. There is nothing without the two facets of nature. If space and time were not conceptualized, then we could not recognize the boundaries we have and grow past them. In order to control this, we take control of ourselves. If you feel time is moving fast, it is not time itself, but your perception of time that is the issue. In order to slow it down, you must be at peace and stop the mind, which is the intermediary for the 2 forces. Go into meditation, go for a slow walk and even take a nap with a timer (no more than 15 mins). These practices reset the mind and its ability to interpret time and space.

The time you have spent reading this article has now been used, and now it comes to an end. Please use the space now to gain wisdom, understanding and enjoy the experiences you have whether they encompass loss or gain. Let the two illusions remain boundless, and your mind remain in control of them!
