humanity
For better or for worse, relationships reveal the core of the human condition.
The worker and dirty water
That morning, I had a very important meeting in the conference hall of our company. I put on my best suit and left the house. I was walking to the street to go to the taxi stand. It was a mild spring weather, the sidewalk was crowded and people were moving. A van was parked on the side of the street and a worker was emptying the cargo in the loading area. The water fountain on the side of the street was full and filled with water almost to the edges of the fountain. The water collected in the reservoir was not clean at all. The worker would empty the furniture in the yard of a house in front of his parking place and return again to take another item with him. When he was turning to go to the truck, I was passing by him. It was obvious that he was very tired and he was not wearing proper clothes.

Part 1: The City of Shadows In the heart of a sprawling metropolis known as Unity City, the shadows held secrets that only a few dared to uncover. It was a city of towering skyscrapers, neon lights, and the cacophony of daily life. Yet, beneath the glittering façade lay a darkness that gnawed at the souls of its citizens.

The Emperor
As you, the fool, approach the throne of the Emperor, you may be taken aback by his absence. You see, the Emperor does not waste time in a chair, regardless of the power tied to it. The Emperor is actively churning the chaos into structure and order. He is bent at the knee, soiling his trousers. His sleeves are rolled all the way up and his elbows are deep in the dysfunction of his Empire. He is the glue that holds it all together, and he does it with grace and ease. He is the Sun energy, the trusted and healed divine masculine. He makes every feminine fold, but only has his eyes set on one moon, his beloved Empress.
Dark Moon EmpirePublished 8 months ago in Humans Floods in Libya After 8 months of rain wait
The narrative opens with another tragic natural catastrophe striking North Africa, occurring mere days after the devastating earthquake that rocked Morocco. Libya now faces a significant crisis in the form of severe flooding, resulting in the destruction of major villages and reportedly claiming the lives of thousands. Video footage from the region vividly illustrates the aftermath: buildings reduced to rubble, cars submerged, and torrents of water inundating the streets. Libyan authorities, including the National Army and health officials, report a death toll of over 2,000 people, with an estimated 5,000 to 6,000 individuals missing. However, the accuracy of these figures remains challenging to verify due to numerous areas still being inaccessible and without communication infrastructure. Among the worst-affected areas is the city of Derna, which suffered the most. Two bridges collapsed, three others were destroyed, and phone lines remain non-functional. The storm system unleashed approximately eight months' worth of rainfall in a single day, compounding the already catastrophic situation. Just last week, Greece experienced similarly devastating flooding, with images depicting the sheer scale of destruction.
