Solace in the Solitude
For the first time in my life I’ve been given the opportunity to discover the essence of my being. I have achieved the life level of living without an adult roommate. As a full time single parent, I don’t have a lot of time to dive deep into my self discovery. However, the construction of my little Empire has given me the tools I’ve needed to create the woman I could only dream of becoming.

Ready to Explore, 2024
We put incredible emphasis on the resolution list we create at the beginning of every year. All with good intentions of course. Even if our goals were to fall flat, the truth is that not much movement can be created without some sort of game plan. We all want the best for ourselves, I would like to think. Especially those of us with children. It is our job as parents to shovel out as much of the shit that has trickled down our lineage. So those of us who hope for better lives for our children, roll up our sleeves, and we put in the work to make life a little more bearable.

He is the Sun energy, the trusted and healed divine masculine. He makes every feminine fold, but only has his eyes set on one moon, his beloved Empress.

In the Tarot deck, The Magician is the next major arcana. It’s the number 1 card. Right alongside the fool, it is the card of new beginnings and new opportunities. Of manifestations coming in, needed resources, power, and action. It is the connection between the 5D and the 3D, or for you none spirituals, spirituality and materialism. The magician is all about utilizing spirituality to manifest his or her dreams, the action we need to take in the physical to grab a hold of those dreams, and make them reality.

The Girl in the Mirror
The mirror showed a reflection that wasn't my own. The silhouette was mine, but the girl staring back at me had death in her eyes. Her irises were black and her skin ghostly white. Her night gown was tattered and covered in stains. Her fingernails were torn, and her fingertips were caked in dried blood. Her reflection ricocheted off the mirrored walls of the room. She was on every side of me. I couldn't escape her stare. She stood there in silence as I was frozen in my own stance. I had nowhere to run. I could not escape her.

Setting Sail
I have set my metaphorical sails toward another adventure. As I look out from the bow of the ship, I can see the sun set on the horizon. The water is calm for now, but I know it won’t be for long.
