Swami Vivekananda writes in 'Rajayoga', 'Every human being is a part of God. If a person wants to show his devotion to God, he must first stop despising himself and learn to love himself. When I did yoga and meditation.

When I nurtured myself through yoga and meditation, I realized my inherent strengths. On the strength of these forces, I was able to introduce Indian religion and philosophy to Western society at the World Parliament of Religions in Chicago, America (1893). Our goal is to find the God within (the search for self), which can be found through action, devotion, and meditation.

Love with your own merits

During the discourse meeting, a person asked Osho, 'He becomes attracted to the affairs of others or good deeds, but how do you love yourself? In reply, Osho narrated a story:
A long time ago a disciple was going home after receiving instruction from a Jain master. The night was dark, so he requested the Guru to provide a lamp so that he would not have difficulty finding his way. The Guru put a lamp on his hand, but he was still a little far away when he blew it and extinguished the lamp. The disciple panicked. Then the Guru said, instead of moving forward with the help of someone else's lamp, one should find one's way with the lamp within. By doing this, a new lamp will light up within you. Once the lamp of the soul is lit, then you will be able to weather any storm or storm. So recognize your inner strengths and live them. Love your qualities. Osho says Osho says 'The body is the visible soul, that soul is the invisible body. Body and soul are not divided anywhere. They are part of each other. A person has to love himself. He should respect himself. He should be grateful to himself. Only then can that totality be available, only then will a concentration take place.

Consciousness will be awakened

Look at yourself in moments of leisure. It's not just that your face is beautiful, you're fat or thin - don't think about it, but think about the qualities that someone praised you for earlier, the qualities that brought you closer to your loved ones. After following this process continuously for a few days, you will start to feel the change in yourself. Whenever you close your eyes, you will feel an expansion in yourself. Your consciousness will begin to awaken. Be mindful, loving yourself that this process does not cross the line of self-infatuation. There are indeed some evils and weaknesses in humans. But instead of being indifferent to those weaknesses or trying to eliminate them, it also binds the person to himself. Research shows that self-love is the basis of success, happiness, and healthy relationships. It reduces their mental stress, depression, anxiety, and inferiority complex. The great philosopher Khalil Gibran says in his book 'The Prophet that he was physically very weak. But I never let those weaknesses get the better of me, because despite the failures I had faith in my abilities.

God's best work

Mercy Shimoff's book 'Love for No Reason' is one of America's best-selling novels. It has been translated into 31 languages so far. Mercy says that the thought of self-love does not make a person selfish. If you love yourself, then you will be able to ignore the faults of others and give them love and respect. Don't underestimate your work. Your work is best because you are God's greatest creation. Comparison with others is futile. That's when Yogi Aurobindo says, the attainment of God through yoga and sadhana is futile for this desperate person who is broken from himself. First, he has to recognize the God within himself. For this, he will love himself.
