The king learned from that spider and made up his mind that he would now fight. Still, he started preparing for war. Prepared his army and went to fight the war. Then he won. When the king was in trouble, he was defeated, he used to pay attention to the things around him. Used to observe them. And what do we do, we use our mobiles, watch TV, and pass the time. But have you ever seen the sun, it sets in the evening one day, but rises again the next day. If you had seen him properly and had the opportunity, you would have taken inspiration from him. Have you ever seen a mosquito flying in your room, he knows that we can kill him. Still, he runs after that thing to satisfy his hunger. If you had observed it, you too would have been attracted towards your goal in the same way and would have worked hard to achieve it.

There must be a spider in your room too. She must be weaving nets. It will fall again but it does not stop till then. until he completes his work. You are always down with many things that can motivate you. Can get you out of trouble. Can get you out of depression. But by not paying attention to them, you pay attention to them on TV and mobile. You have filled your mind with meaningless things, so it has become full. But if you want to be mindful, then you have to keep useful things in your mind.

In olden times, there used to be many great thinkers in Greece and Rome. His job was to teach people how to do bus stress management. How to solve your problem. We worry because of two reasons, one is that we have a lot of expectations from the coming time and are afraid that if that thing does not happen, and the second thing is that we are afraid that our thing may not go anywhere. Many people keep telling you that do not worry, everything will be fine, but everything doesn't need to be fine, so do not keep expectations from the future and spend that time on your progress, because of this you will not have time to worry in vain. and you will get closer to your goal.

In today's fast-paced life, everyone is busy thinking, be it outside or in the office, time something or the other keeps going on in our minds. Our mind is full of so many thoughts, we need to be mindful. You must have noticed while meditating that it is not so easy to meditate, our mind always gets distracted, when we meditate, we are learning to meditate by staying in the present and as we practice our brain somehow becomes adept at concentration.
