Ye Luchun earned his first bucket of gold in his junior year.

He and his classmates bought hundreds of locks for $1.80 each. On the opening day of the new semester, they would sell them in front of the freshmen dormitory building after class, selling them for $3.50 and $3.10 each until more than 10 p.m. Some freshmen bought more than one lock at a time so they sold more than five hundred locks and earned more than seven hundred dollars a day.

Taste the leaf road spring of success sweet after sell lock, stare at the box lunch again. Every night, he found many vendors selling snacks in front of the Renmin University of China, where he studied, and some even infiltrated the campus.

Ye Luchun thought, as a student, he can freely access any corner of the school and those small vendors have many advantages. He immediately asked his classmates to discuss the matter, and four of them hit it off with him. Each of them got 400 yuan of start-up capital, and began to rent servers and buy domain names. With the help of network advantages, he quickly set up a studio to sell box lunches -- Yike, which was intended to be cheap and convenient for customers.

Like just opened, Ye Lu Chun took the school around the snack bar to eat all over, pick out the quality of taste are satisfied as a supplier. To save the copy fee, he went to the convenience market of Renmin University to buy big red paper, and clean the dormitory, several people cut the paper, spread it on the floor, and five brushes together to write the advertisement. After they finished writing, they ran to the campus together and posted them one by one in all dormitory buildings.

When the website was just launched, Ikea only took orders online. All five people gathered around the computer and stared at it, pressing refresh constantly, Shouting, "Up! Zhang! Up!"

At that time, there were only a dozen orders a day, and most of them were supported by classmates and friends.

Two months later, Ye and his colleagues had figured out a simple process for ordering food online that they still use today. As soon as the customer submits the order, it will be displayed on the computer of the person on duty, and the supplier will also be displayed on the computer, and the production will start, and then the sub-station will be delivered at the specified time. The delivery staff picks up the goods and delivers them to your door. Food types are mainly fast food, chicken rolls, chicken legs, all kinds of set meals, seven or eight yuan can eat delicious and full. As a result, Yike's business is booming.

It's graduation time, and several of Ikea's collaborators face two choices: stay drumstick or join the rest of their classmates in the job market. Two of them have pulled out under pressure from their parents, who want their children to sit in bright office buildings with decent jobs and good pay.

Ye Luchun was also hired by Beijing International Trade Human Resources Company. The probationary salary is 3000 yuan per month for three months of probation. This job should be said to be good.

Ye Luchun, however, was obsessed with the growing Ikke. He told his father about his confusion. His father, a businessman, told him, "Finding out what you want is the key."

In this way, Ye Lu Chun only after a week's work resigned. To many people's surprise and regret, he said goodbye to his first job after college, leaving an office building located in Beijing's CBD(central business district). For fresh graduates, it is very enviable to work as white-collar workers in this area where foreign embassies and global 500 companies are located in China.

Ye Luchun does not hesitate, however, to return familiar Chinese Renmin university campus to sell box lunches, and began to make a living in the capital along the road of entrepreneurship.

Appropriate guest net with a new look to reopen, its operators are no longer after school to try marketing college students, but entrepreneurial Ye Luchun. First of all, he expanded the box lunch business, accumulated funds, and redesigned the menu, pictures, prices, and ordering of Yike.com. Especially, the ordering method can be made by mobile phone or through MSN, QQ, or the Internet. For white-collar workers, he mainly provides lunch; While college students eat dinner early, and provide midnight snacks, starting at 22 o 'clock every day. Six months later, Ikebana has a steady customer base in four universities and three office buildings, delivering four to five hundred servings a day.

Thanks to the quality and the number of repeat customers, Ye's business is getting better and better. Even the press conference where the Olympic organizing committee released the volunteer uniforms ordered his box lunch.

Having completed the initial capital accumulation, Ye began to formulate the next step of the plan - to open a physical store. In early 2009, he finally opened a brick-and-mortar store on the ground floor of the Culture Building outside the east gate of the National People's Congress, with a juice and coffee section in addition to fast food. Due to inexperience, the site chosen was ten miles away from the dump. Leaf Road spring still rides a pedal tricycle with a buddy to deliver food, outside the trash. They make three trips a day between the fast food restaurant and the dump, sometimes finishing the day as late as noon.

In this way, Ye Luchun led the Ikeke team to travel around the streets and alleys of Beijing with his down-to-ground work style. His Ikeke box lunch has become more and more famous in Haidian District, Beijing, and some universities and office buildings. The turnover has also increased from the initial monthly average of 1,000 yuan to more than 200,000 yuan now.

Most students fresh out of school are probably safer following the rules and getting a job. But no matter what you do, you need to know yourself first.

When seeing the students on campus carrying job-hunting materials around, Ye Luchun's advice is: you can try more, find what you like, what you want, and then find your direction in life. Many successful cases show that finding a job is not as good as finding a direction. With the direction, success is only a matter of time.
