The continuous exchange of communication between our mind and body creates a collection of emotional states with one particular state usually being the default or prevailing feeling. This dominant feeling state aligns with our frequency, which is determined by repeatedly thinking and experiencing the same thoughts and emotions over many years. Sometimes this default state may not be desirable or in line with how we want to feel or what we truly want to attract into our lives.

When we recall a charged emotional experience, whether beneficial or not our brain fires in a way similar to the original event. This strengthens the pathways associated with that experience making it easier for us to conjure up those emotions again unconsciously. This repetition trains our body to remember these states as habits.

Fortunately, we can harness the physiological principles to our advantage. By initiating repeated efforts aligned with our desired state of being we can influence and create a new dominant habit at the subconscious level. Regardless of circumstances this practice enables us to carry a vibration that resonates more strongly with what we genuinely desire.

1. Take breaths and bring awareness to your entire body from head to toe.

2. Find a part of your body that feels particularly pleasant—a tingle in your hands a sense of love in your heart or a joyful thought in your mind.

3. If you struggle to identify such an area think about an experience that made you happy and notice where on your body you feel its sensation.

4. As you focus on this feeling imagine it as a color—any color that resonates with you—and visualize this color spreading from that specific part of your body into every other area.

5. Take moments to let this vibrant color fill every inch of you while relishing the sensations throughout your entire being.

6. While still holding onto this feeling start observing your surroundings without losing sight of the sensation and its color. If the feeling starts to fade or you get distracted simply return your attention to it. Imagine the color once again enveloping your body.

7. Once you can comfortably maintain this feeling while looking around start walking around the room you're in. If the pleasant sensation weakens go back to focusing on your body until you feel reconnected with it.

8. When you can effortlessly walk around while maintaining that feeling inside interact with other people—either in person or over the phone. Remember to keep part of your attention on the feeling within yourself and part of it focused on the person you're engaging with.

9. Whenever you notice that the pleasant feelings are fading take a moment to recenter yourself and reconnect with them.

Just take a moment to refocus whenever you feel those vibes fading away. But don't worry all you need to do is refocus your mind and reconnect with those emotions. By practicing this exercise you're training your mind and body to understand that your feelings are not dependent, on circumstances. To understand that you have the power to control how you feel regardless of circumstances. It's all about how you choose to feel. This shift in perspective helps you move from being reactive to being proactive creating a connection, between your brain and body. Eventually it becomes a habit. Your body will naturally remember the dominant emotional state you've chosen for yourself. Course there might still be moments or situations when you don't feel this way. Remember that you always have the power to return to that positive state whenever you want. Once you embrace a happier and more joyful default state you'll find yourself aligning more easily with the things you desire.
