For the first time Black Americans, (African-Americans) living in Ghana have had enough!

After several years many of them can't take being scammed and defrauded on a daily basis. I've watched as Black Americans in a Ghana expat group have shared the horrors that they've had living in Ghana.

Let me mention that only a handful of wealthy and connected Black Americans were chosen for citizenship in Ghana. Only 200 people, one woman from California living in Ghana spoke about how she and several others were turned away. Despite the fact she's been in Ghana for over 6-years now, it was 6-years when I met her 3-years ago.

Only 120 out of the 200 were actually given citizenship, the 60 were asked over the next 2-3 years for more money. But not sure at this time if any paid the fees for their citizenship.

She's running a very helpful NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) where she works with hundreds of Ghanaian children and adults, teaching them to read. She said she was not able to obtain citizenship.

This scam are a gain for Ghana, they charge her $1000 USD a year (and more fees and bribery), to work in Ghana, even though it is likened to a nonprofit. Then there are yearly resident permit fees, which Ghana immigration has been known to charge bribery fees (this author had to day hundreds of dollars in bribery fees).

Though many aren't saying the same things I'm saying, I write about the hatred and xenophobia against other Black Africans especially Nigerians and South Africans. I can't ignore it, I hate when Black people hate on other Black people no matter who, no matter what, no matter where.

Only a hand-full of Ghanaians are really PanAfricanist!

Here is a YouTuber that is going to have several Black Americans on his channel reporting about the scamming in Ghana. I've sent him an email and look forward to adding my experiences about life in Ghana being scammed especially because I'm considered white! Because of my light skin and the hatred for lighter skinned foreigners yet they worship actual white people, very odd.

People, Africans and Black Americans can try to deny it all they want but history is that many living in what is now modern day Ghana, were very much helping the Transatlantic slave trade.

There are articles written even by Ghanaians scholars about this history but some, MANY people especially Black people think this is a lie but it isn't.

Many Africans, especially West Africans were fighting each tribe, to this day in many West African countries tribalism still runs deep. Especially in Ghana and there is nothing that the government cares to do unless it is an election.

The UK Commisoner to Ghana, spoke in length about the corruption and fraud mentality being normalized in Ghana. She wasn't just speaking about the government, she was speaking about this being throughout the country.

Ghanaians often get away with fraud and scamming in Ghana, because it is accepted on all levels of government, even the citizens are getting away with this crime.

Ghana is filled with Black Africans who have the mentality of White Supremacy, you can see and hear it all day long. If you follow the local media and news within Ghana (which you can watch outside of Ghana), there is so much hateful rhetoric in the words they use.

This is probably why like many Nigerians living in America, Ghanaians refuse to associate with African-Americans. Depsite the fact that Ghana is using Black America to build their country.

Ghana is simply using the wealth of Black Americans to build their country, they aren't concerned with Black Americans bringing their culture to Ghana at all. You can see it in all the posts about Stevie Wonder becoming a Ghanaian, it is only about how they can use Blacks from America for their own benefit.
