Run
Run. It was the first thought in her head in the morning, and the last thought on her mind before she allowed herself to fall into a restless, fitful sleep every night. Had life ever been different? If it ever was, Sheila didn’t remember it. Even more than the taste of ice cream, she’d forgotten what it had felt like to ever be safe.

The candle in the window
So everyone in long island knows about Mary's grave and her house. If you pass by the house at night however many people are in the care that's how many candles are in the window. It's wild and I've experienced it. One day I decided to poke around the house to see if I sensed anything or could see anything there. Now he quietly enjoys watching it falling apart, shaking his head and sipping his whiskey gently as he whispers about how terrible it all is, whispers it to nobody at all. There's nobody left.

Wolves In The Woods
The fire crackled and spit. John had a bad habit of putting wet logs in the flames. I’ve told him several times that the dry wood was on the right, but John is both dull and lazy so now I get to watch for popping embers. One ember shot in between Jesse’s feet. Man, Mystery, or Monster?
New years eve started like any other normal night. My cousin Shells had offered to pay me to babysit and what fifteen year old girl turns that down? Not me. So naturally I asked to bring a friend along since there was going to be seven kids. My friend Katy and I arrive at 4 p.m and start going over things, what to make for dinner, what movies the kids could watch, bed time etc. "Okay Sam, so don't forget pizza is in the oven, popcorn in the cabinet. Our numbers are on the fridge bedtime is 8:00 p.m. If you have any problems let us know." "Yes ma'am. They will be good I'm sure." Around 6 p.m we are left with the kids and things were going smoothly. The boys are in their room, the girls in theirs. Baby slept soundly in my cousins room.
