The bed sheet has fallen from his studio flat window again. Sunlight perfectly positioned to shine on his face. He sits up; dust sits thick across all surfaces. It even floats in the sunlight that woke him. Dishes piled high in the corner, and they are going to take at least three soaks before he can even think of tackling them. 'Sod it; I can do them later,' he thinks. It's always later.

Between the constant working to pay her way through school, from survival to studying for a degree out of debt, she had no life. This repetitious, monotonous, rhythm was stealing her life away. She needed an escape from this. From the bags underneath her eyes to the eye twitches that occurred throughout the week, she needed a break restoration. So on this lovely warm spring day, iced strawberry frappuccino in hand, dressed in blue overalls with a black midi shirt on, she found herself inside a bookstore, ready to spend her last twenty dollars on something she loved.

Astrologys' a touchy subject for some. You either get into it, or you don't. Some people hear about it, and think oh this is so against my religion, or this isn't real. The thing about it, in my opinion, is we are all just people. We were all born on a certain day at a certain time, and well there was an alignment in the stars at that time unlike any other. A unique natal birthmark. That alignment makes up our birth chart, while our life, genes, experiences, our knowledge, as well as our past life, makes us who we are. Certainly there's something to it.

The warm morning light shone across her bed helped her to check back into reality, “What?” She said to herself with a shaky voice, “I am home.”
