Why Apples Are One of the Healthiest Fruits You Can Eat
When it comes to healthy foods, few fruits have earned a reputation quite like the apple. You've probably heard the famous saying, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." While no single food can guarantee perfect health, apples are packed with nutrients that can support overall well-being.

Nuts to vegetarians. Runner-Up in Nourished Challenge.
When it comes to eating meat, I stopped 40 years ago in 1983. I recall the last meaty meal I ate, mostly because it was a mistake, an oversight. Invited to dinner with some work friends I had neglected to tell them that I was a vegetarian. Completely forgot to say, that is, until a big bowl of steaming spag bol was placed in front of me. Appealing as it was, it seemed, to all the other guests, I had to steel myself to tackle it.

Bring On The Dumplings: The Best Chinese Food In Denver
For some reason, there has been a lot of chatter about Denver's food scene online - or rather, the perceived lack thereof. As a Colorado native, I will admit that there are pockets of Denver that lack in options and there are a lot of breweries clouding the restaurant scene, but you can find good food in Denver. I've traveled around the United States quite a bit and honestly I think Denver has some great options, especially when it comes to Asian cuisine. You just need to know where to look.

Mixed Vegetable and Bean Curry with Almond Wraps
Gluten Free ✅Vegan ✅Healthy ✅ *** Serves = 3-4 Time to cook = 30-40 mins Yes, I'm back with making some really nice dishes. I really also wanted to eat some wraps but I didn't want them to be too filling and so I decided to ditch the flour. Instead, these are made with almond flour which you can make at home in a food processor by using about 500g of almond and a teaspoon of salt. You just blitz them into a powder.

Researchers find that oral microorganisms are significantly more varied than anticipated.
Saliva continuously passes through your mouth, cleaning your teeth, tongue, and gums while transporting any bacteria it comes into contact with. There is nothing that prevents a microbe from moving from one side of the mouth to the other.

Refreshing Courgette Curry
Time: Up to one hour Serves: 2-4 people I'm serving this with a roasted pepper, some punchy coleslaw (you can probably still see the recipe for that on my Facebook) and a mixed bean salad. This is a healthy, vegan lunchtime recipe packed full of vegetables and rich in flavour. There's again, no onions and garlic involved because honestly it's too hot and I don't need my house to smell like that right now. But that doesn't mean we can't have a gorgeous scent and a tasty dish.

White Chocolate and Lemon Vegan Loaf Cake
I've been making more bean curry and cauliflower rice today and if you're interested in clean vegan cooking (I'm not a vegan, I just don't eat a lot of meat nowadays) then check out the recipe for this delicious dish below...

Kidney and Butter Bean Curry with Roasted Aubergine
You've probably already seen my mixed bean curry with cauliflower rice recipe around and I'll attach it if you haven't... Of course, everything I make is vegan and I'm looking primarily at getting a good amount of vegetables into things. This bean curry is different to the other one as it only uses two beans and the flavour is actually different too. With a bit more of a kick and some different herbs involved, you can definitely show off things in the kitchen if you've got some spare stuff lying around such as parsley.
