How to make Amritsari Chicken Masala Recipe
About Amritsari Chicken Masala Recipe | Chicken Masala Recip
Amritsari Chicken Masala is a traditional North Indian meal cooked with fresh cream, butter, and tomatoes in the distinctive amritsari thick and creamy gravy. Murgh or chicken makhani are some of the most commonly served dishes in Indian restaurants. The tomato puree is what gives the gravy its distinctive colour. As there aren't many ingredients or Indian spices needed, it's simple to prepare at home.
The word "curry" is actually an anglicized version of the Tamil word "kari," which means "sauce or relish," and is used in the United States. Because of this, we avoid using it to describe the dish as a whole when possible. According to our Indian friends, the word "curry" should only be used when referring to the gravy for a dish. However, any good flatbread can be used for this dish. If you're looking for a truly delicious meal, you should definitely give this a shot!
