In the same pan, cook some bacon or sausage until it's crispy. This dish can be made the night before and then popped in the oven in the morning for an easy and delicious brunch. Start by cooking some breakfast sausage in a pan and setting it aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together some eggs, milk, and seasonings. Then, layer some bread cubes, the cooked sausage, and shredded cheese in a baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the top and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
