Count your blessings - Spiced Yoghurt and Coconut Curry - Kerala Pulisherry

One of my favourite dishes is the Spiced Yoghurt and Coconut Curry which is also known as Kerala Pulisherry in the language Malayalam. This is a traditional dish that is part of South Indian Cuisine in Kerala. Kerala Pulisherry is also known as Moru Curry. I always like to cook this dish for my family and it is the most frequent dish that I make. This is one of the dishes that is most customarily served with easy cook rice, pickle and papadum and it can be served in addition to the chicken curry or fish curry and can cool down the spice of the other more spicier curries in the meal.
