Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver - 500 g.
  • Milk 2.5% - 100 ml.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Cheese - 30 g.
  • Rice flour - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Dried garlic.
  • Provencal herbs.

Cooking:

  1. Chop the onion in any way convenient for you. We rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the prepared vegetables in a drop of olive oil until soft, you can also stew without oil.
  2. We clean the chicken liver from films, blood clots. We wash well.
  3. We combine the meat with an egg, rice flour, salt, dried garlic, a mixture of Provence herbs. Punch everything with a blender until smooth, add milk at the end.
  4. Pour most of the liver mass into a baking dish with high sides. Next, lay out the stewed vegetables in an even layer. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese, pour the remaining mixture.
  5. We cook the pie in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.

2. Liver PP cutlets with oatmeal in the oven

A simple and quick recipe for chicken liver cutlets baked in muffin cups. These cutlets contain a lot of protein, fiber and are prepared without adding oil, it is useful to include them in your diet.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver - 740 g.
  • Oatmeal - 75 g.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Dried garlic - ½ tsp
  • Paprika - ½ tsp
  • Turmeric - ½ tsp
  • Salt pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Cut one large onion into large pieces. We send onion and liver to the capacity of the food processor. Grind everything to a puree.
  2. Then add the egg, paprika, turmeric, dried garlic, salt, pepper, oatmeal. Mix until smooth. By the way, if you do not have oatmeal, you can grind ordinary oatmeal with a blender or coffee grinder.
  3. Pour the prepared minced meat into silicone molds for muffins. We do not fill the molds to the brim, as during the baking process the liver dough will increase slightly in volume.
  4. We send the cutlets to bake in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. Readiness must be checked with a toothpick. During the baking process, the patties will increase in volume, but then they will settle - this is normal.
  5. Let the patties cool down a bit and then take them out of the mold. Serve hot with any side dish or vegetable salad.

3. PP roll of liver pancakes with cottage cheese filling

A delicious and rather unusual appetizer of liver pancakes with cottage cheese and herbs. The filling for such a roll can be made according to your taste. In addition to cottage cheese, it turns out very tasty with fried carrots and onions, as well as with chicken and lightly salted cucumbers.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver - 500 g.
  • Cornmeal - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Salt pepper.

Filling:

  • Cottage cheese 5% - 200 g.
  • Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Green onions, dill.

Cooking:

  1. My liver, remove all unnecessary. Cut into pieces, interrupt with a blender.
  2. Onions, carrots rub on a fine grater, add to the liver mass. We send flour there, squeeze a couple of cloves of garlic through a press. Beat in the egg, salt and pepper to taste. Blend everything again with a blender until smooth.
  3. Pancakes are fried on both sides in a hot non-stick frying pan without adding oil. In total, from this amount of dough, I got 8 liver pancakes.
  4. Let's prepare the curd filling. Add low-fat sour cream, a pinch of salt, finely chopped onion and dill to the cottage cheese. Mix until the ingredients are combined.
  5. We coat the liver pancakes with the curd filling. We roll them into a roll, then cut into portion
