No Pants Restaurant Review: Possibly the best burger in Vegas!

When it comes to amazing burgers, Las Vegas is a city that takes the bun. However, a new contender has emerged from the shadows, and it's not where you'd expect to find a contender for the best burger in town. Brace yourself for a surprising revelation - the No Pants burger is making waves, and it's not even served in a traditional restaurant. This delightful burger can be found at a show called "Absinthe," located on The Strip. But hold on, it's not actually inside the show, so let's not complicate our storyline here.

Picture this: a burger that hails from a shipping container. Yes, you read that right. No Pants is the brainchild of the quirky and lovable Spiegelworld team, the masterminds behind "Absinthe" at Caesars Palace, as well as other delightful ventures such as "OPM" at Cosmo and "Atomic Saloon" at Venetian. The No Pants kitchen resides in a section charmingly named the Green Fairy Garden, a nod to the character in "Absinthe," although we're still figuring out the exact connection.

Until recently, we believed the Green Fairy Garden was exclusive to ticket-holders. However, we were thrilled to discover that it's open to the public, which means anyone can revel in the magic. The garden boasts not only the No Pants shipping container kitchen but also two shipping container bars and a brand-new speakeasy called the Pier 17 Yacht Club. Unfortunately, we couldn't be everywhere at once to capture it all in photos, but take our word for it - it's a treasure trove of enchantment.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the No Pants menu. Brace yourself for simplicity, as they offer only three delectable items. Two types of burgers (one catering to plant-based enthusiasts) and tots. That's it. Don't be mistaken; No Pants is a paradise for those suffering from decision fatigue, which seems to afflict many in Las Vegas.

As we sank our teeth into the burger, we were taken aback by its extraordinary flavors. Despite its humble origins as part of a snack bar for a Las Vegas show, the No Pants burger defied expectations and delivered a taste that far surpassed what we anticipated. The colossal pickles and onions worked harmoniously. The juicy and succulent meat shined through, while the giant pickles gracefully complemented without overpowering.

Let's not forget the tots - crispy, golden bites of joy that danced on our taste buds. Allegedly, they're even more irresistible with a few drinks from the amazing new speakeasy bar at Absinthe’s Pier 17 Yacht Club. If you are stopping by the Pier 17 Yacht Club, why not get your burgers there with upgrades? Yes, I said upgrades. This just keeps getting better!

At the Yacht Club, your burger will cost you $14, or $19 with tots. For $50, upgrade to the yacht tots and get French trout roe, chives, and cultured creme fraiche. Upgrade to the super yacht tots with Ossetra caviar for $100. Yes, please!

While the drink prices may require a brief pause to regather your wits (about $24 each), they fall within the realm of what one might expect at Las Vegas shows. Speaking of shows, "Absinthe" recently celebrated its 12th anniversary at Caesars Palace, maintaining its status as a must-see spectacle in Las Vegas. Just be aware that pants are optional.

To summarize, No Pants is a formidable contender in the battle for the best burger on The Strip. While Gordon Ramsay Burger at Planet Hollywood has long been our go-to, No Pants brings a fresh perspective and may give Ramsay a run for his money.

To reach the captivating realm of No Pants, nestled within the vibrant Las Vegas Strip, follow these steps:

Head to Caesars Palace: Make your way to the iconic Caesars Palace, where for the past 12 years, a charming 19th-century-style circus tent has housed one of the wildest, most daring, and delightfully risqué shows on the Strip - Absinthe. This extravagant production was initially meant to be temporary, but its immense popularity solidified its position as a permanent fixture in the Las Vegas entertainment scene.

Discover the Green Fairy Garden: As you approach Caesars Palace, you'll notice the mesmerizing Green Fairy Garden, an extension of the Absinthe experience. This enchanting oasis boasts a magnificent 35-foot-tall LED tree, beckoning you to venture further into its whimsical embrace.

Unveiling the Speakeasy and Burger Stand: On the auspicious day of Monday, April 3, the Spiegelworld production revealed two hidden gems within the Green Fairy Garden. The first is a delightfully tucked-away speakeasy, where you can savor clandestine libations. The second is a burger stand that pays homage to the freedom of going pantsless, aptly named No Pants. Prepare for a culinary adventure like no other.

Accessible to All: Here's the exciting part - you don't need to be a ticketholder to Absinthe to visit No Pants in the Green Fairy Garden or to sneak past the hedges into the yacht club. Both venues, along with the garden's charming cocktail stands and the No Pants coffee stand, welcome guests one hour before showtime and remain open until the final performance of the evening. No exclusivity, just an open invitation to indulge in the magic.

Convenient Location: No Pants and the Green Fairy Garden are conveniently situated near Gordon Ramsay's renowned Hell's Kitchen. The best part? You don't even need to enter the casino to access these extraordinary venues. They stand proudly, ready to whisk you away on a pantsless adventure just steps away from the bustling Strip.
