The Assignment
FADE IN: INT. OFFICE - DAY Melvin checks his assignment lists for his online classes at SNHU. He sees that he has to write one more screenplay for a short before his weekly assignments are complete. Melvin leans back in deep thought and sighs. Melvin stands up and begins pacing his office floor several times as he thinks of ideas to write about. Melvin sits back down at his desk and grabs a blank sheet of printer paper and a pencil. Melvin leans in close on his elbows with the pencil eraser in his mouth as he thinks over his blank sheet of paper. The first idea springs to life and he writes it down on the paper. He writes “setting - comic convention,” and then the plot, “Who is the greatest incarnation of Doctor Who?” He begins writing the names of all thirteen actors who played the Doctor and then realizes that there are far too many characters for this idea to be considered a “short.” Melvin flips the paper over with a disheartening expression and begins thinking of another singular idea that he can focus on out of all those swarming around in his mind. Another idea spawns. He jots down “The Coffee Cup.” The idea seems simple enough with a limited amount of characters to tell a comical story. He writes “Comedy.” Melvin leans back as he ponders his secondary idea.

Caged Human Equals Caged Animal
Abstract Prison and jail life creates psychological strain that brings out primal animalistic behaviors that are meant to be survival instincts. In this paper I will be evaluating the film Gangs in Prison National Geographic Documentary. I hope to convey the internal infrastructure and subculture that exists within our own society and show what we allow to transpire within the walls of a jail or prison. This study will show the behaviors of inmates versus the guards as well as the practices of everyday life inside the walls of the Santa Rita Jail. This documentary covers the daily activities of the guards and inmates at Santa Rita Jail in California. It shows how the guards have to study the inmates constantly in order to figure out who is in what gang, and what gang is more likely to be problematic. Cameras take us through the facility and show us guard posts, cells, daily lives and activities, as well as the illegal activities of the prisoners and the retaliation of the guards. Within the walls of a jail we see behaviors and practices that bring up questions like:

Speech Analysis
I. Introduction a) I chose the Address Commemorating 40th Anniversary of the Desegregation of Little Rock Central High School, delivered by my favorite president of the United States of America thus far, William Jefferson Clinton on the 25th of September in 1997. Race has always been a great historical issue that has inspired great speeches. Former President “Bill” Clinton delivered a powerful speech regarding not only the issue of race; not only touching the history that occurred at Little Rock Central High School. He delivered a powerful speech discussing and showing his interests in the education of students and our future generations.

Ethical Law
1-2 Journal Assignment: Civil Law vs. Criminal Law Confusion Law is a vast subject-matter full of confusing jargon and wording that can bewilder the common individual who reads any written laws. “The confusion over civil law arises from the fact that legal actions in our common law system can be either civil or criminal.” (Moore and Murray, 2012). What I noticed is there are a multitude of conflicts between one set of laws and others.
