Summer Love
The day was warm and dry as I walked along the shore line of the lake. The sky was a dark blue with not a single cloud insight. It was a nice summer day. All I can see is the one that I love not too far away. He turned to me and smiled which made my heart skipped a beat. His green eyes so full of love which caused me to smile as we closed the gap and our hands clasped together. It’s a summer day that I will never forget with the one that I will ever love.

The Barn
The barn sat in the middle of the field. It was creepy looking. I was the youngest of three girls and I just turned fourteen during winter vacation. The barn was about a mile from the farmhouse in California. The thick fog made it look even creepier than it did.

Black-Eyed Child
I’m sure you heard the myths about black-eyed children. Some people say they are an urban legend. Some people say they are true. Others wonder how they came to be. Are they extraterrestrials? Are they vampires? Are they some kind of weird experiment that went wrong? No one really had the answers as to where they came from and why they are here. Some say they’re evil and bring bad luck and death. Some had no idea of who they are.

Ghost Ship
I wasn’t sure if it was a dream or if it was real. I was on heading west on the Pacific Ocean on my thirty-foot yacht gliding the ocean not too far from the California Coast. The sun was beginning to set and the sky was glowing pink when I saw it. It was a ship of some kind that didn’t appear to be of our time, 2021. It looked out of place and from an earlier time. I couldn’t make out what kind of ship it was since it was on the horizon of the sinking sun.

Vengeful Teenage Ghost
Junior High School was a pain as it was but being picked on constantly was another story. There were two girls who were always alone and kept to themselves, one was Kathleen Johnson and the other was me, Samantha Pierce. Kathleen was picked on the hardest by three mean girls: Joann, Jolene, and Josephine. The three J’s as they were called. The five of us had the same classes for most of the year since school started in August. Now we just came back from Winter Vacation.
