Exercises That Will Boost Your Metabolism All Day Long
Many people know that boosting metabolism helps one to regulate their weight but the rate at which calories are burned in the body usually depends on several factors. Factors such as gender where men are known to burn calories faster than men and also genes where people inherit a high rate of metabolism through the generations.
10 Strategies To Help You Bulk Up
Strength is known to be the foundation of nearly all physique and performance goals in people. When one decides to become strong, they will likely gain more size easily, lose fat easily, run faster, hit harder if one is a boxer, play longer in case of NBA and NFL players and be able to complete heavy tasks around the home.
I hate homework
I got a prerecorded message yesterday from the Hillsborough County School District informing me that there was now some sort of fantastic (taxpayer funded, no doubt) new website where I can go to create even more homework for Callie. I simply had to log in and there I would find all sorts of math and other academic delights to be explored. Hooray.
A fun day full of friends and coincidences
Have you ever had a day so full of unexpected coincidences that it seems almost surreal? I had one of those the other day. I went to a paddleboard (SUP) race on Saturday with my good friend Courtney in Treasure Island. Courtney is the friend that I did paddleboard yoga with about a month ago. We’re big enthusiasts of all things involving paddleboarding. I’m not such a big fan that I actually made it there in time for the race or anything crazy like that, but I did manage to hang out on the beach afterwards.
Fun new toys and family time at the lake house
The lake house is one of my favorite places on earth. My parents bought it many, many years ago. I remember the day when we went to check it out back in the early 80′s. We were all loaded up in mom’s wood-paneled conversion fan with the awesome couch that folded down into a bed and a refrigerator! Man, if vans didn’t have such a child-molestery, gas guzzley vibe these days I could really go for one of those. But I digress (as usual).
“I’m your biggest fan. I’ll follow you until you love me.” - Lady Gaga, “Paparazzi.” Because I am such a flirtatious personality, I do tend to attract people who like to banter with me by using innuendos and other forms of potentially sexual dialogue. Once in a while, I will attract the attention of someone who seems to think I’m interesting and would like to do something about it. They may read my story, listen to my podcast, or other shows I have been on and think that I sound like fun. They may have heard me on Vent, during a raid or read my Tweets. Usually, it doesn’t go any further than lighthearted conversation and boastful remarks of what we would like to do with one another.
I stayed up way later than I should have, the night that the nominations for the Stopies awards were announced. Secretly, I was hoping that my podcast<, the one that I co-host and that I enjoy making with Ophelie< would somehow have attracted enough attention to warrant being nominated for one of the many awards being given away by the crew of the Stopcast<. I got there just in time to hear who was all nominated and to hear which award I, personally, was being nominated for: "Biggest Drama Queen.”
“What world are you living in? I don’t need friends. I need fans.” - Jill Roberts – “Scream 4.” It’s been a while since I have written a rant type post and this has been something that’s been grating on my nerves for a while, so I figured I would start the new year off right and get some of this off of my chest.
PAYDAY 2 GAME REVIEW
Overkill Software knows what they are doing when it comes to making millions in in-game cash by way of armed robbery, they showed us this with Payday: The Heist, and even more so recently with Payday 2. The incredible sequel takes everything you loved from the first entry and raises the bar to an eleven, maybe even twelve. New heists, new weapons, new masks, and new stories to tell your friends.
How to fix state of mind
In my opinion, the change to Chakra becoming a nearly permanent state made some things increase in value (our T11 4 piece bonus) and it made some things decrease in value (State of Mind). Chakra still comes along with a 30 second cooldown, so if you happen to enter the wrong state by accident, you would still need to wait for that 30 seconds to be up before you could choose another one. Having points in State of Mind would reduce the cooldown by a pretty marginal amount and would still leave you with a bit of a wait on your hands, in order to correct that mistake or if you simply just needed to change states because your situation has changed.
