The Spooky Craft of Ghost Hunting
Ever had something strange happen to you that you can't explain? Do you wake up at 3am for absolutely no reason? Have you ever experienced that feeling of being watched when you are on your own? Well, it might be time to do a spot of ghost hunting.

Celebrate Samhain the Witchy Way. Top Story - October 2023.
'Tis the Season of the Witch and it’s time to get spooky. I love Halloween. It has always been my favourite holiday since I can remember. When I reached the age of sixteen, my mum introduced me to the world of witchcraft and everything heathen. I felt like Sabrina the Teenage Witch joining my coven and I finally felt like I belonged somewhere.

Learning How to Walk Again, Again
Bright white lights burned my eyes, while my ears slowly adjusted to the sound of regular beeps. My mouth was unnaturally dry, my throat was hurting. All I wanted at that moment was my mum. I couldn't feel my legs, but I could feel the tubes they were putting in me. I said little on that operating table. I just kept asking for my mum.

The Isle of Wights
The last three years have been a whirlwind of struggles that have been emotionally draining and mentality exhausting. This week has been full of magical milestones for my little boy (aged 2), from his first ever theme park experience to spending all our coins down the greedy arcade. My partner and I were so excited to go on our first ever family holiday before our second child comes into our lives early next year. Sadly, however, it has been nothing but endless disappointments filled with awful smells and over-priced, almost unedible food.

Working Class Kids
I used to dream of the high life. The fancy historical buildings, people in small circles drinking rich wine served with mini quiches and green olives. Away from the concrete jungle decorated with graffiti bridges and rows upon rows of tudorsque pubs, run down charity shops and tacky high-street savings.

I Feel Like a Bee with No Wings. Top Story - August 2023.
Hello my loves. I've been away for a while. Don't fret, I haven't been lost in the midst of writer's block. In fact, I've been lost within myself. I've been terribly unwell these past few months. I've spent many weeks confined to my bed, and then given medication to which I had an allergic reaction, too. My face flared up, burning red, like someone had placed two hot irons on my pale cheeks. It swelled and nearly covered my eyes - it was awfully itchy.

Hilarious History
Hello lovelies! I hope you are well and doing your best as always! If you didn't already know, I LOVE history. I've seen every documentary going from Suffragettes with Lucy Wolsey to Mary Beards' Why did the Roman Empire Collapse? I'm also not ashamed to admit that I have an unhealthy addiction for re-watching period dramas like The Last Kingdom or docu-dramas like Mehmed VS. Vlad in the Ottoman Empire series.
