Bio
Writing is a distraction for me. It takes me to places unknown that fulfill my need for intellectual stimulus, emotional release, and a soothing of the breaks and bruises of the day.

25 Greatest Songs of David Bowie
25. Starman (1972) Parent Album: The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars Leave it to David Bowie to come up with the 12 word album title "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars." But here's the deal when you come up with an album as great as "Ziggy Stardust..." you can be as elaborate as you want with the title. For that matter you can do almost anything you want... wear bright red patent leather platform boots and adorn your face with extravagant makeup so that you look like you're a visitor from another planet... hmmm maybe Mars. Ziggy Stardust was the Starman who's look was somewhat androgynous with a tilt to the masculine.

The Sewol Conspiracy
It is Tuesday April 15, 2014 and 325 students from Danwon High School are excitedly boarding school buses for a four day field trip, a trip by ferry boat. They were bound for South Korea’s Jeju Island. It was a dream come true and the second year high school students were excited to be spending several days on the resort island with many beautiful sites such as; the domant volcano Hallasan Mountain, the horse shaped lighthouses at Iho Taewoo Beach, or one of the hundreds of museums scattered all across the island such as the Jeju Natural Stone Art Museum. But before the kids even make it to the island their most exciting event was in the planning; a surprise birthday party for their beloved teacher Kim Cho-won who was turning 26 that day. The party was set to commence that evening on the The Sewol ferry boat. The bus ride to the Incheon port was full of good cheer, with gleeful singing along to the latest K-Pop singers of the day such as, Hyolyn and AKMU and taking selfies of each other.

Rating the Blue Diamond Almonds Variety Pack
My friend, Irene, is a gifter extraordinaire. I have never known anybody else with such a big heart and a desire to share. Recently Irene sent me a nifty care package of healthy snacks which included a variety of super seed crackers. One was made with chia seeds and flax seeds. My favorite had a funny name. - "Mary's Gone Crackers" - one of the best crackers I have ever eaten.
