I write about spirituality, not only to inform but most importantly to transform.

I have a headache. One of those you just wake up with. The one that stays in the back of your head throughout the day. It almost feels like that annoying voice you’ve become too familiar with. So familiar with that you barely notice it. I guess that’s how we learn to cope with it. How we accept to live in pain.

I have this strange friend. I call him Rabbit because he has big ears and laughs all the time, like Bugs Bunny. Apart from being a special specimen, Rabbit is very skilled in technical matters, especially in computer programming. But — he sucks at being accountable. No one’s perfect.

Living means going through experiences. Going through experiences means making different choices. Sometimes, some choices are better than others.

There is reality, and there is an interpretation of reality. There are two ways to understand. The first one is by sticking to reality — the facts. Guts.
We must be accepted by society, seen as good people, given a place in exclusive groups, maintain relationships with the 'elite'- all of it to ensure our safety, and thus, our survival.

Brightened by delight A light filled with life Splendor attracts flies But you shine so high, Far away from all shrines

We may not always look like we need to heal; physically speaking, everything might be just fine — yet deep inside, we know that we need to give more attention to certain things: unresolved feelings, thought patterns, and sometimes health issues.
The more emotional a subject makes me, the less likely I am to talk about it. And the more deeply I push it. By keeping things this way, I'm able to function normally - or at least, that's what I think.
We used to live in a society where only a ‘few’ were allowed to know how to make their lives better. Whether it was through some sort of secret teaching, or through some exclusive access— knowledge wasn’t shared with equality.
The Only Thing That Can Make You Happy Is... We’re all moving. Whether physically, or through our thinking and feeling — we’re always moving. Our movements are created by different motives. But whatever the shape or size of these motives — either we’re moving away from pain, or towards pleasure.
We’re all busy nowadays. Maybe with our goals. Maybe just to cope with daily challenges. We have our reasons. We’re working things out. Learning on the go. But in one way or another, everything we do seeks to fulfill a natural human drive.
Note: Today's writing is in a different format. It's true that being structured and solving challenges step-by-step is a preferred format. This is the masculine approach. Let's try the feminine approach now. Let's be less direct, and more suggestive. Let's allow ourselves to feel the essence of what it is we are speaking and from that point, advance and solve our challenges. I hope that this writing helps you.
