The Introvert Curse
Before you read, I'd like to make a note that this is all coming from my personal experience. Everybody is different and what I may experience as an introvert is likely very different for another introverted person. That being said, please enjoy!

American rights during Covid-19
It's no secret that the response of the United States to the Covid-19 pandemic was late. Even though information was readily available that pointed clearly to acting quickly in order to slow the spread of the virus, as well as the examples of other countries that had devastating results, our country's government chose to wait until the virus was already at an uncontrollable spread throughout the nation to take any serious measure. While it is sadly not surprising that these are the decisions President Donald Trump has made, what is surprising is some people's lack of humanity now. With all the information provided by scientists and doctors who are recommending we practice social distancing and only go out for necessary reasons, why is it that thousands of Americans are still not listening? Is it possible that the American mindset of holding onto our rights is actually preventing us from showing basic human kindness?

My Mixed Daughter and Battling Prejudice in the South
I live in the Mississippi, a Southern state. I moved here just about two years ago and it was here I fell in love with my now husband. 5 months ago we had a beautiful baby girl who happens to be mixed. Unfortunately in the South, the color of her skin is the only clear thing about her to most people.

Day 1 JuicePlus+ clearing skin
I heard about JuicePLUS+ capsules from a friend so I decided before jumping in and joining her team that naturally, I would first try the product. JuicePLUS+ has just a few products with the most popular being these capsules that are whole foods only. The idea is that since we need about 6-7 servings of fruits and vegetables each day, and most of us honestly have a hard time reaching that, these capsules provide, "juice power concentrates from 17 different fruits, vegetables, and grains." Sounds amazing, right! I like to try and live the healthiest life I can with moderate exercise and eating mostly healthy foods. Even though I eat fairly healthy, my biggest struggle is making sure I eat enough fruits and vegetables in day. Honestly, I probably only reach one-two servings of veggies a day and maybe drink a cup of fruit juice...so more fruits and vegetables in my diet is definitely something my body needs! I would like to make a note that this is not any sort of diet or weight loss item. This is simply an addition to a normal healthy diet. Because of that, I won't be changing anything in my regular diet, simply adding these capsules in the morning with my breakfast.
