How Tension Affects Beauty
Notice how a president ages in office? A year in the White House with all its concomitant pressures can make a man look five to ten years older. Few of us have the worries of a head of state, but in the stresses of modern life, we all encounter and must learn to cope with tension. The amount varies from person to person, as does the tolerance for it. Those of us who cannot cope with our tension, find it taking a toll on our beauty; the pain on the inside shows on the outside. The resulting wrinkles, grey hair, and pinched-up facial muscles all can make us look old before our time.

Evolution of American Martial Arts Training
Throughout the martial arts community, it seems that there has been a slow dissipation in the role of traditional values, in many cases, there has even been total abandonment-a disturbing observation. However, given that values are not the motivating factor for most enrollees and that most people, in fact, enroll into martial arts to become stronger, tougher, faster, and meaner (the exact reverse of the teachings), many schools have conformed to those demands in order to survive. Do Facials Help Keep You Looking Young?
Professional facials used to be the territory of the rich and wrinkled, usually administered in pricey private salons that weren't very accessible to or interested in people on more modest time/money budgets. All for the sake of looking young. But the alternative—doing it at home with a store-bought steaming machine—just didn't produce the same results. Deep-pore cleansing was modest; mar-free blackhead removal was near impossible; relaxation and pampering were lost in the effort, as were potential rejuvenation effects.

Alternative Medicine Myths
In the endless battle between alternative and mainstream medicine, an assortment of alternative medicine myths flourish. From easy to outlandish, myths regarding alternative health are notable and very much circulated crosswise over social media, and in the workplaces of medicinal staff. How Does Weight Impact Skin?
When it comes to keeping your youthful looks as you get older, nature doesn't play fair. Over 40, it's said, a woman must choose between her face and her body: The thinner you are, the faster your face will appear to age. But do you really have to sacrifice your body image to save your face? Hardly. Just compare super thin Uma Thurman to curvy JLo and you can see the possible high benefit/low cost to your looks of carrying a little extra—if you do it right. You don't want to compromise your health strictly for a more youthful face, either. The solution to both dilemmas lies in how you manage adding some pounds to your body.
