The Golden PuppyTop Story - March 2024
Tom strides by the pavements beneath, the sun-shining sky and the breezy heat. A yelp, a cry, and there the open door of the pound. Puppies for sale. Though not exactly puppies - perhaps a bit older. They are cute and fluffy, some black, some white, some grey, some brown, and there is one who is patchy. A girl so cute, shy and timid yet warmed by his presence. Tiptoeing over Tom lowers his hand by the gate. She smells and licks, then tries to get up like a child reaching his arms out. Patting her, she feels secure and loved. Upon his rise, Tom waves the young pup goodbye.

A Beautiful Killer
It has come again. A delight to most, like those with currency passes. It’s the reason they’re here. It falls and invites people to see, play, and touch it. They marvel at its intricate details of lace, waiting for it to grow into the soft powder they've heard.

Day 1: Portal Creation: Time-lapse
Floors of white marble, it was clear the building held its age. Tugging on her hoodie when passing the groupings. Head ducked down as her walk quickened. Two glass doors slid slowly to the left and right as a blue light welcomed her. Rows of books passed leading to a small table with one chair. Removing the hoodie, her dark hair bounced around, as glasses fell. Picking them up she noticed black boots on approach. She sat down pulling out a silver laptop. Glancing to her left extra tables and chairs with other members staring into the screens of various devices. The blue lights giving way to the black boots, tailored dark pants, a buttoned shirt, an aged face. Two golden yellow trimmings on the jacket, a security officer.

El Rojo Diamante
Warm light twinkles in a spotted dome of white and black. Metal boots against washed marble floors. “Intergalactic Space Commander Arison, Welcome.” The King of Madrid said, with lip pinched, and narrow eyes. “My Lord, the El Rojo Diamante is in grave danger. An alien ship is in pursuit of the gem; it is the key to a universal planet destroyer! It will be safer in space than on Earth.”

Micro heist: Macro Treasure
Suddenly an echoing whoomph activated the snowbanks before extending an arm of solid white powder. It cascaded against the rugged, sharp-edged brown cliff. Limited space to stand, the cold poked its way into every fiber like tiny needles and daggers jolting my core. Layer upon layer crushing deeper into the packed snow. My ice pick barely holding, stones began to roll. A thunderous crack of earth gave way, as I plummeted into the deep, dark depths.
