Chapter 10 For the third time in five minutes, a sexy older girl named Lucinda grimaced at Big Shorty. She wore a black halter top and was leaning on the seat in front of hers. Big Shorty could see the outline of her hard nipples as the bumpy ride made her breasts sway from side to side. She had sepia eyes and smooth chocolate skin. He also noticed that he could smell her perfume that was strong, yet subtle, even though she sat in the seat across from his. Big Shorty's hormones began to rage as everything about her turned him on.

It has been an open Pandora's box for gross staff abuse of prisoner's rights. Prison employees file false disciplinary charges against inmates in retaliation for inmates writing complaints. The legal argument is aimed at improper prison conditions of an over 100 year old prison and their racist authority toward African Americans. I decided to do a little more about my situation than the average prisoner in my situation. First of all, take a look at the commissary, commissary staff made jokes with several inmate workers. Saying things like, "How much do you think we could sell the pre-cooked chicken for?" Dollar amount was speculated among staff and inmates, like a business deal in hope of high profit. Don't hesitate to seek an audit of funds and prices on the commissary for embezzlement of money. This 100 and eight year old institution has no in-cell air quality and isn't applicable to federal, state, or local building codes. There is no medical emergency buttons inside the cells, nor does the fire sparkler system work inside the inmates cells. This constitutes serious life safety threats to the occupants of the over-crowded facility. The education department doesn't offer any academic, vocational training or pre-release programs. Let alone any heat for the winter months unless it happens to be during the couple of days the Reginal Director visits. These methods in the education department have been going on for several years here. The visiting rooms don't have sufficient space to provide our loved ones with a comfortable visit. Our visitors are shoulder-to-shoulder "Adjacent", crammed tight! The inmates are packed shoulder-to-shoulder, leaving no privacy to talk with our loved ones, one has to talk over talk the entire visiting area to be heard. It's like having a big hostile group discussion. To make matters worse and very unpleasant about being adjacent, shoulder-to-shoulder with another inmate is the fact that an inmate could engage in a secretly uncontrollable sexual manner with your children and loved ones in a perverted way. This draws a lot of tension during the whole visit and discourages our loved ones from ever returning. The federal regulation and policy that governs the mail has been violated. Under 18 1701, 1702, 1703, which states that whoever improperly detains, delays with design to obstruct the correspondence or destroys the same shall be fined or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. A search warrant needs to be issued to the mailroom staff because the inmate population has inmates missing pictures, letters, postal cards, money orders, newspapers, and other miscellaneous things that are authorized by the B.O.P., even when unauthorized property is mailed to an inmate it is not properly handled by B.O.P. standards. This one white racist officer that works on B-Lower, heavy-set with a baseball cap works on the midnights, saw an African American on a visiting picture with a white woman, the African American inmate attempted to mail the photo to his Fiance to obain copies. The picture never made it to her but the letter did. This officer disposed or stole the piture out of racism. The administrative remedy program coordinator is a waste of tax payers dollars because he fails to operate properly. On most cases he secretly disposes or denies receiving our complaints that have validity. There's asbestos throughout the whole institution, especially in the living areas. It's visible on the interior and exterior of the housing units smeared on the windows, including the floor. This federal institution is a medium security facility but they don't allow "night yard" like the rest of the medium security facilities. There shouldn't be any favoritism between medium security facilities. If one works during the 7:00AM-3:00PM shift, there's no outside recreation for the working individuals. Please contact B.O.P. concerning "The Second Chance Act". The B.O.P. repeatedly violated the statue plain intent of congress by adhere to the former rules that effectively limited Community Correction to six months. B.O.P. failed to adopt the common sense position of congress, that in general, more time in the community transition programs increase the fiscal and individual benefits of employment, family reunification, and less stringent custody. This would also help tax payers because inmates pay 25% of his/her employment check. The B.O.P. raise frivolous claims to stop inmates, only to be struck down by federal courts, and ruling in the inmates favor which cost tax payers for legal fees. The counselors procrastinate on putting inmates family on their visiting list. Case managers don't give phone calls on holidays to needy inmates. There's this one prison official that makes sexual advances towards the inmates, goes by the name Forslof. The Unicor payscale needs to be revisited due to it not being revised since the mid 80's. Don't hesitate to contact the warden or the regional director and look into these serious matters. Thank you for your time and help in advance, keep your head up!

Chapter 9 Big Shorty moped, "I don't want to ride on an ugly yellow retarded looking school bus!" That's when his grandpa squinted down at Big Shorty, then back up at the gang signs that marked the hallway and said, "You do now or you can't live with your grandmother." Mr. Monday pulled up his sleeves to check his watch again as he said, "I will take him to class." His grandpa let out an exasperated sigh and threw up his hands. "Be good, Tyrone", his grandpa reminded him. With that, his grandpa waved goodbye, then turned and walked out the office. "Bye, grandpa", Big Shorty called after him.

Chapter 8 His grandpa hopped into his Lincoln and hurried to the school. After he arrived, the principle informed him of Big Shorty's conduct in class. The end result was that Big Shorty was to be expelled from all of Chicago's public schools. The consequences of this information was an embarrassing scene in the principle's office. "Tyrone! What are we going to do about you?" His grandpa's voice was loud and he pronounced every syllable. "You need your butt tore up, no public school is going to accept you!", his grandpa yelled angerily.

Chapter 7 Victoria wrenched a big belt from her purse as she screamed, "You're about to get it now!" Big Shorty submerged backwards, escaping a lick from the belt Victoria had. He shook his head "No", stuttering uncontrollably and shouted, "N-n-n-o-o-o! Grandma, help me!" His grandma came between them saying, "Victoria! Ain't no whooping going on in this house! I do the whooping here!", his grandma demanded. His grandma used her authority to remove the belt from Victoria's possession.

There are those who describe LOVE so beautifully, like that of spiritual scriptures, capturing it's purity and perfection. Captivating the imagination, like that of fairy tales. But who I speak of are those who are afraid to experience it, who are not ready for LOVE, for they have set limits upon it.

Chapter 6 "Good God!", she said as her arms tightened around Big Shorty. "My grandbaby is home! Are you okay?" asked Big Shorty's grandmother. Big Shorty simply laid in her bosom, enjoying her warmth. Her mouth opened in astonishment when she saw his face. "He just has a little black eye, nothing a little ice can't handle.", his grandpa said. "Who hit my grandbaby in the eye? Are you alright?" Big Shorty was over-whelmed by the questions from his grandma. "I'm okay, I took care of him and sent him home crying!", exclaimed Big Shorty. Big Shorty was flustered as his grandparents crowd around him.

Chapter 5 By the end of the night, Big Shorty was on the block slinging crack with Jello and Al. Al was fresh out of high school and had proved to be dangerous with his hands. Al was always participating in boxing tournaments and was a rough young man with a beard that always needed trimming. Big Shorty lived with Jello and Al on most nights, but all that ended when, at about 3:00 A.M. that morning, Eddie, Big Shorty's grandfather, drove up the block in search of Big Shorty. Only one street light worked, which marked the proverty of the neighborhood. Signs posted up saying, "R.I.P.", and six-point stars were graffitied all along the sides of the touwnhouses.

Chapter 4 At around 7:30 P.M., the atmosphere at the barbeque slowed down to a dull mode. Big Shorty heard the name "Top Cat", then heard Top Cat's voice as it reverberated off the walls inside the townhouse. Top-Cat was decked out in black khakis and a blue bandana that was tied around his head. His eyes were dark and looking into them was like looking into an abyss because they displayed no expression, no smile. Clearly making a statement regarding the caliber of Gangsta he definitely was. Top-Cat stood motionless as his eyes zoomed in on Charles, deliberately making it aware that he was suspect and as Charles saw, he returned Top-Cat's stare while sipping on a can of beer.

Chapter 3 Big Shorty and Dinky-G heard the beat of "Gangsta-Gangsta" from N.W.A. coming from the speakers. They walked into the living room and were surrounded a potent cloud of smoke that were heavy from the blunts that were being smoked at the card table near the front door. As the Gangstas walked in and were getting accustomed to the atmosphere, Big Shorty gave a quizzical smile as he saw the Lords smoking dro and playing spades. "Almight!! Almight!!," came from the Lords at the card table. It was well known that only the Lords used that word.

Chapter 2 "Ouch, Ouch! Momma stop hitting me with that belt," screamed Big Shorty. He and his mother were in the parking lot outside of the detention center. She stood with the passenger side door opened and motioned with her belt, "Get your butt in the car and wait until I get you home, you're about to get your butt tore up." Victoria was fuming.. "Forget this belt," as she threw it into the backseat. "I'm getting an extension cord or whatever else I can find around the house," she exclaimed angerly. There was a lot of cars honking there horn at them as the car swerved into traffic, with Victoria using one hand to drive and the other hand she was smacking Big Shorty on the back of his head.
