10 Influential Women Fashion Designers Who Have Changed the Industry Forever
I'm a huge fan of fashion myself and my all-time favorite brand, Chanel, really struck me with their styles and choices of color and materials. I love everything from the brand's purses to their fragrances... even though I can barely afford any of it. I always thought Chanel was classy and timeless with their designs. I also know that Coco Chanel is the creator behind the brand and loved how Chanel is a true feminine brand. I learned it's okay to be feminine through her fashion. However, I wanted to understand more about Coco's motives and inspirations.

Fashion is a form of art that gives everyone the privilege to express and define themselves through what they wear. Many women out there use fashion to show their true colors, be confident and courageous, and never listen to those who judge their style in clothing. Women, even today, aren't being treated as how they should be, and it's really unfortunate. There were crazy things women couldn't do 50 years ago, and we've come a long way. So you'd think in 2018 that us women would feel like we're equal in this world, but there are still so many cases that we aren't. Our appearance, profession, and overall presence are constantly being criticized without giving us a break.

Your motivation to work and amount of productivity definitely gets affected by what's laying around on your office desk. At first, I wanted to look professional and minimize color for more sophistication, but I was wrong. I was really bored with the way my desk accessories looked. My desk looked lifeless and dull compared to what my coworkers had on their desks: colorful pens, folders, and even potted plants.

The future sounds like a long time from now, and I know this, but I can't stop myself from thinking about what I'll be doing when I'm 30. The more I think about the future, the more it was stressing me out. It stressed me out to the point of worrying and from then, I knew that I needed to calm down.

I'll only blowout my hair for an event or if I'm going out the entire weekend because I want my hair to look its best. Who doesn't? The first day I blowout my hair, it always looks amazing. My hair looks fresh, shiny, and full of volume! However, when it comes to the following days, my hair slowly starts to look flatter and gets oiler and oiler. Since I have a lot of thin hair, my hair tends to get oily fast and I hate it.

It was Friday and I burst out of the doors at work and headed home, already salivating over the wine at home. I had no plans but to "wine" down with a bottle and binge watch The Office. The more eager I was to drink the wine, the rougher I was trying to open the bottle. Then the worst thing happened—the cork split in half. I cursed at my new corkscrew for being the cheapest tool ever.

We should always properly take care of our skin despite our age. Your skin will never consistently be its youthful-looking self, but there are methods to keep it looking great at least. When my sister hit 30, she realized that she should be taking care of her skin more these days. She didn't really use the best skincare products during her 20s, but now that she noticed a few fine lines and crow's feet by her eyes, these were the signs that it was time to fully focus on her skin.
