Foods that are beneficial to cardiovascular health
As people's lifespans lengthen and more people live into their 80s and 90s, cognitive decline becomes a major worry. Cognitive decline has been linked to a variety of diseases, and the risk of mental decline has been linked to a variety of lifestyle variables, including poor food, obesity, and a sedentary lifestyle.

Organic food
Organic food is an ongoing debate that I've had with practically every "clean eater" I've ever met. Almost everyone who attempts to eat healthy makes the decision to become organic at some point. It's better for the environment, and removing all those harmful chemicals must be beneficial for your health.

The most prevalent cause of memory loss
I have a hard time remembering things. It's not impossible — I have no issue recalling grocery lists and other banal stuff — but individuals will occasionally bring up conversations or events from years ago that I am completely unaware of. My mother, who is in her sixties and should, statistically, have a worse memory than I do, recently reminded me of my short-term memory loss when she remembered a previous Thanksgiving spent with my family by my college roommate. This is something I don't recall happening to me. I honestly thought my mother was lying until she showed me photos of the two of us baking pies together in my parents' kitchen.

Habits are like shortcuts for your brain
Have you set any objectives or goals for 2022? Neither do I. I must admit, however, that I've never been particularly successful at sticking to New Year's resolutions. I've attempted to learn to play the guitar at least a half-dozen times with little success, and any attempts to avoid sweets over the years have failed miserably. But I also haven't been putting in the effort — I've never tried to turn a resolve into a habit using what I've learned about the brain.

Do you deal with a lot of stress in your day-to-day life?
Exercise is an essential component of our daily routine. Even when we're only walking to the bathroom, we do it. But, aside from preventing serious disorders that could lead to serious health concerns, the bare minimum of exercise does little for us. There must be some type of deliberate practice that puts us beyond that.

What To Do If You Fall In Love With Your Best Friend
I used to believe that falling in love with your best friend only happened in television shows or motion pictures. Do people really just discover their soulmate is the person who has never given them boners when they wake up one day?

The Best Business Strategy
I've been emphasizing kindness more than anything else for the past few months. It plays a significant role in the legacy I'm creating for myself. I want to grow large companies and purchase the Jets, but I want to achieve it by being a decent person. I have no desire to demolish others in order to construct the biggest edifice.

2017 KEY:SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING FOR SMALL BUSINESSES
My New Year's resolution for 2017 is as follows: For the coming year, I want you to concentrate on growing your organic social media reach. As 2016 comes to a close, I've been thinking about my core brand strategy and why it important to all of my clients, friends in small businesses, peers, and other people who produce branded content. As new platform features were released over the past year on YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and most recently Instagram, I truly committed to publishing content on those platforms.

To resist junk food, we'll need much more willpower.
When it comes to food, do we really have free will? We may feel completely in control when we're at our most focused and in control, but because food choices and eating are everyday habits that are mostly made without thought, much of what we eat isn't because we applied judgment or even listened to our hunger cues — much of our consumption is mindless.

How to change your life
Life is actually fairly basic, but we insist on making it more complicated. I kept thinking about pointless things that didn't help me at all and only added to the chaos in my life. After reflecting on my life, I learned that in order to appreciate life, you must develop positive habits and learn to view it through the lens of positive thinking, because if you just see it through the lens of negative thinking, you will never be able to enjoy it. Believe me, I've tried both and discovered that I'm the one who creates my own world. That is to say, I get to pick how I interpret a circumstance and how I react to it.
