Hope's Returning. Spring Is Coming!
Daffodils will bloom in a few weeks. Next will be the tulips. In late spring, the heady scent of irises and lilac will fill the air. (We will be able to smell them better without wearing a mask outside.) Buds and blossoms will come on the trees in April. By May leaves will shade us from the sun.

How Can We Help Someone with Suicidal Thoughts?
This post is personal advice and not a professional opinion. Burnout has been worse this year for myself and others. Personally, I have self-harmed multiple times and tried to die by suicide twice and I know of four adults who have died by suicide recently. I believe we all know someone who has passed away or is suffering emotionally, besides those suffering from COVID-19.

Astrological Signs Make No Sense
I am writing an introductory article for some astrological relationship website being tested for popularity. Before this, I had little interest or knowledge in astrology. Apparently, I am a woodpecker and a Cancer. I am crabby like a crab (cancer). I am nurturing and supportive in my opinion like both signs. But I am also impulsive, unlike my zodiac. Of course, it isn't one size fits all.

My Gratitude and Ingratitude for the Pandemic
Our lizard brains are hardwired to notice the negative because of our survival instincts. During the pandemic, many have struggled as we experience more worry for our personal health and the health of our loved ones. We know those who have lingering effects from COVID-19 and those who have passed away from it. Many argue what measures will truly slow the spread. After months of social distancing, many of us have reached our burnout point. Domestic violence, murders, joblessness, and suicides have increased around the world. Despite all the suffering and negativity, we need to engage our executive brain in positive thinking for our mental and physical health.
