Melania Trump shows her true colors regarding her stay in the White House
Melania Trump has been showing Americans who she is for the past four years. Some are only realizing the truth about the Donald's wife now that she is no longer in residence at the White House. When her husband first won the GOP nomination in 2016 there were rumors that sources said the former model did not desire to be a President's wife. After the Inauguration in January 2020, Mrs. Trump remained in New York at Trump Tower instead of moving to DC. Lets put shoes back under ourpants in 2021
If there is one fashion trend from 2020 that should be headed off at the pass, it's wearing shoes over top of pant legs. Simply look at the cover photo and you should see that the 4 images speak for themselves. This style is ugly and really does not make any sense. This is a dangerous way to wear your pants and shoes because if the straps come aloose these women could trip over their feet and fall. This style could cause some serious damage and that alone should have been the first concern of whoever created it. The first image looks like the genie pants from the late 1908s and the second reminds me of scrubs worn in a hospital. The third photo of the woman in black is not so bad but the last image just seems as if the pants are ill-fitting.

Ditch the 2020 Designer Covid Masks
One thing that came out of 2020 that has truly troubled me is designer face masks. I wish this style could have remained in the past and not become so popular. I understand that folks have a need to make money and marketing these made to order masks has become big business. It causes me to cringe however to consider that anyone is making big bucks from a pandemic where millions around the globe have died. When COVID-19 first was reported in China, news reports showed large groups of people walking through the streets wearing traditional surgical masks.

Here comes the sun so let it shine
The theme for the 2021 Inauguration night festivities was crystal clear. Americans, leaders, and citizens believe the worst is behind us. Inauguration BROADWAY! sang a very inspiring combination of Seasons of Love and Let the Sun Shine. Those who took part put their all into the music by jumping and dancing and it was very inspiring. Seasons of Love comes from the 1996 Broadway production Rent and Let the Sun Shine was from the 1969 stage musical Hair and was sung in conjunction with The Age of Aquarius. The pop group The Fifth Dimension had a hit with the single and it continues to be popular to this day.

Hail to the chief
If you watched the Inauguration events for Joe Biden, on January 20 you probably heard something that you gave no thought to. The day and evening events for the 46th President of the United States included the song “ Hail to the Chief”. What you might not have realized, however, is that it has been a while since we have heard this song as it was not utilized much during the previous administration. President number 45, Donald Trump rarely used the traditional melody to introduce himself when making public appearances. He opted instead for his own pep rally music when he spoke in front of his supporters.
