Why I Want to Run for Office
I want to make a difference in the world. First I’m going to get onto the Work2Future board in San Jose, which meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month. I can get to this meeting, first thing. Second, I have to run for District 10, or my home district. I want to get more involved with District 10. This is the same reason I want to run for office in the California State Senate. I went to see the State Senate both in 8th grade for a class trip to Sacramento, and in junior college with student government. I can start off by becoming a City Commissioner appointed for three years. I can also become a District 10 volunteer. There is even a way to become a city volunteer.

Should Oprah Run for President?
Donald Trump is probably seething right now. Republican leaders are scrambling this morning. Why? Because last night Oprah Winfrey gave, what many are considering, her first Presidential stump speech. Will the beloved icon run for the nation's highest office? The better question is, should she run for President?

Yes, Obama Spied On Trump's Campaign. No, Trump Didn't Collude With Russia.
For those of you who have already forgotten, it is a known fact that the Trump campaign was being monitored through the NSA surveillance program since mid-2016. We know this because the Obama Administration filed for at least two separate FISA warrants in order to unmask the anonymity and focus on the Trump team. The first warrant request was denied. Making it one of <20 requests to have been denied (out of thousands) since the creation of the department in 1976.

10 Serial Killers You've Never Heard Of. Top Story - January 2018.
Everyone has heard of Ted Bundy, Aileen Wuornos, and Jeffrey Dahmer, but they are not the only serial killers in the world or even in the United States. There are hundreds of serial killers you've never even heard of and the reason why is mostly that they are not shocking enough or prolific enough. Many happened before the media became so connected and ingrained in our daily lives. And many others that operate even today cross jurisdictions, state lines, and even country boundaries to commit and conceal their crimes. Allow me to introduce you to just ten serial killers that the general population know little to nothing about. I included photos of those who had them. Unfortunately, not everyone liked their photos taken.

The Trump Fiasco Is All Richard Nixon's Fault
We really all should have seen the Trump Presidency coming. It has always been there, just underneath the surface of our lives, or really right in front of our faces. For those of us who grew up in the '70s and '80s, you could here it at parties whenever the subject of Watergate came up. There was always that push by many to argue that "President Nixon didn't do anything wrong that any other President didn't do as well. He just got caught." I must have heard that a thousand times. The problem is that he DID do something terribly wrong that no other President had ever done. He fired Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox in what has become known as "The Saturday Night Massacre" and tried to take over the F.B.I. in what would have become the end of our Republic as we knew it. Sound eerily familiar?
