I prompted myself to share something that I struggle with and that happens to be my mental health diagnosis. Mental health is a very scary topic that most people feel very shy about. I guess I feel like I don't need to be. My mental health is something that I decided to walk around and wear with courage, because it takes courage to be alive when you truly don't want to be anymore.
