Xaviera Hollander Interview
"I always say I can do without a man for about 24 hours. Then I go hunting." Such a statement, so openly and unhesitantly made, could only have come from Xaviera Hollander—deported madam, polysexual sensualist, and bestselling author of the autobiographical The Happy Hooker. Hollander operated, with a blend of business flair and sexual fervor, the most successful brothel in New York City. Observant and articulate, she also grew to see her two years of catering to customer's desires as a personal service, as well as a way to make money, and herself as an intimate therapist, as well as a prostitute. As she tells in her book, she readily acceded to demands of every kind, however way-out, enjoying making people happy and being paid for "something I'd have been doing anyway."

A University of Colorado sophomore coed nears orgasm in a parked car as her football player date unzips his fly. She is handcuffed and blindfolded, her only sensory input being his rigid cock slicking in and out of her mouth.

Berth Milton Senior, founder of Private magazine, was the first in the world to start a full color sex magazine. The year was 1965. An aunt gave Berth Milton Sr. his first camera when he was six years old and he demonstrated a precocious faculty for persuading women to shed their clothes when he took a girl called Carol and his baby Brownie into the nearby countryside: "I was nine years old and Carol was twelve. It came out just natural; She wanted to show herself off."

Like many women, Jo Weldon is fascinated by fashion; she just takes that fascination to a much higher level. When she’s not teaching women to uncover their inner ecdysiast as headmistress of The New York School of Burlesque, she’s researching, writing, and lecturing about leopard print in her one-woman show, "Fierce: The History of Leopard Print," which takes audiences through the history and legacy of this singularly sexy fashion statement. Filthy Media sent Eric Danville to speak with Jo about how leopard print brings out the animal in us all.

The manager of a massage parlor called a number left with his answering service in response to an ad for masseuses he had placed in several college and underground newspapers. His call was greeted by a mature and enthusiastic voice: "Hello!"—it was a recording—"This is Tracy McNeal, the girl you've been looking for! And I have a new toy, it's a telephone recorder. Won't you help me play with my new toy? It's easy, all you have to do is leave your message, name, and number after you hear the beep, and we'll be speaking soon! Bye!"

Baseball and pornography have more in common than you think. They are both great American pastimes. More than that, though, they both have multiple players always ready to play, balls constantly flying at their faces, and large rods in their hands. It's basically a description of an erotic film set. If you're outside in a beautiful field watching sweaty men throw, catch, and hit balls, it is understandable that your mind might wander to sex, and it doesn’t help that the names of some of these players fit perfectly into the porno in your mind's eye. Names of various players, though not always the sexiest or the most famous, certainly give us something to think about. What exactly was it that made Babe Ruth a Babe, and why is that candy bar so damn big? From Rod to Pussy, these men helped define the sport of Baseball. Porn parodies are long overdue for a spots classic. Squirts Illustrated was a nice try but, like Bad News Bitches, it was fun but not really grounded in reality. Now Field of Creams came close, but i think what is really needed is a take on an authentic player reimagined as a pornographic film.

It was the middle of the night. Jake was tossing and turning. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t get to sleep. He knew what the problem was…he was horny as hell. All that he could think about were the sounds that had come from his neighbors apartment several nights ago that had kept him "up." Though he had thoroughly enjoyed the aural stimulation, he desperately wanted something more. It had been a few weeks since him and his girlfriend had broken up. However, he wasn’t interested in a relationship. However, most of the women that he had pursued wanted just that, and Jake wasn’t good at lying. Yet, he was shy when it came to being forthright about sex. He didn’t want to look like he was trying to give a chick a hard time.

We're here. We're queer. Get used to it because it's the 21st century people! In this ever changing world we live in we need to stay informed, especially when learning to adapt in a culture and society that is rapidly changing. We live in a time where LGBTQ issues and topics are on the global forefront. The millennial generation, which consists of probably the most diverse and most accepting individuals of any generation yet, deserves a big shout out for their social engineering to get the LGBTQ word out via social media. Staying informed is imperative for our culture to progress and sustain. We must learn from history and use that to change today's problems. Eventually, minds and attitudes will change with the tide. Thanks to Twitter, many can use a 140-character social tool to spread their message to a global audience. Oftentimes, it's a more powerful tool than the news, as the mainstream news doesn't always report on issues such as transgender inequality, gay marriage, homophobia, or LGBTQ pop culture news. These LGBTQ groups are on the front line helping shape a new generation and defend LGBTQ rights worldwide. #LoveIsLove
