How to Identify and Leverage Your Differentiators
In Business Communication, the first step of your marketing strategy should be to define the voice or persona of the company. In order to achieve at the end of this process a strong brand identity capable of defining your company and its values, it is very important for the business to understand what sets it apart from the competition, and how to leverage these differences.

Frank Goodberry sighs loudly and throws another crunched up piece of paper into the wastepaper bin that sits against the wall, between his filing cabinet and his liquor cabinet. The liquor cabinet sees an awful lot more use than the filing cabinet does, that's for sure. There's very little inside that filing cabinet, as early into his career Frank Goodberry decided he probably didn't need to file that much stuff, so he wouldn't bother. It's a bit of a waste of space, to be honest, but his wife insisted he get one. It's been seven years since he had an actual job, a real tangible job, the kind of job that government officials are always trying to tout the numbers of. The kind of job where you get a regular pay check in return for providing some kind of service, such as working in a shop or filling things with concrete. Frank Goodberry hasn't had one of those jobs for seven years. For the last seven years he has been trying to make it on his own, trying to become self employed, self reliable, self something else. Working for the man no longer interests him, he's had enough of 'the Man', whoever that is. Unfortunately for Frank Goodberry, he's not had a great time of earning money without the interference of 'the Man'.

"But you are so gifted." "We all know you are going to get an A." "Stop worrying, you'll do fine." "Shut up! You are so clever."
Cecilie BirkshøjPublished 7 years ago in EducationWays to Screen Job Candidates for Strategic Thinking
Ever wondered how bad employees get good jobs? It's actually pretty common, and for the manager or CEO, this concept is anything but trifling. Entrepreneurs and business owners want the best and brightest in their boardrooms, but that doesn't always commence. While this may be encouraged through poor managing, oftentimes your employees aren't strategizing in the right ways.
Salvador LorenzPublished 7 years ago in JournalThe Complete List of Student Loan Forgiveness Programs and Options
I dropped out of college, which I don't regret. I didn't have to pay anything, since I was given a full ride to the college I attended. However, I've seen the effects of what student loans do to people who have graduated — as well as dropouts who didn't get the same luxury as I did.

My college job, among many I've had, is being a head lifeguard. I have the responsibility to watch people swimming and make sure that they don't drown or injure themselves in anyway.
Rich BurtonPublished 7 years ago in JournalUnderstanding Students
In today's society, a student is considered, by some, nothing more than a young adult trying to elongate the idea of childhood by staying in education and avoiding as much responsibility as they can. Wrong! I, myself, am a student, and most of us students are trying harder than most adults have to nowadays. Go to lectures, get a job, look after yourself, eat properly, and my personal favorite, stop going out so much. We've all been told throughout school that going to university will help make us more employable. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure it's true, but I will let you know when I get the job I spent three years and a heck of a lot of money working for. Currently, I don't really have a job, and the opportunities are so bountiful. I mean I get the amazing choice of where I want to do bar work if it ever takes my fancy. Lucky me.
Murdo SearlePublished 7 years ago in EducationHelping Your Special Needs Child
If your child has special needs then there are many ways to help them learn, on top of what their school will do. This applies whether it’s a mainstream school, a special school, or a combination of teaching methods. The school will appreciate any help it can have, as will your child. My kids both have special needs to I speak from experience, I also volunteered at their special schools. All too often parents and carers left the education to the schools and did little or nothing themselves for their children.
