No Regrets Have I
The song that inspired this poem was by the well-known French singer Edith Piaf and the song is "Non, Je ne Regret Rien". So she regretted nothing either and even though the song is in French the melody is lovely and her voice is awesome. It truly inspired me.

Musical Alphabet Letter M
Usually, we choose songs we like by the melody, the lyrics, and by the musical genre. I’m starting a series with songs from all kinds of genres going according to the alphabet. Here are songs with titles that begin with the letter M. Links will be posted below as we proceed through the ABCs. At the end, you’ll find the links to the songs with titles that begin with the letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, and L.

Fallen Empire
“This ends today.” Despite the thunder from the iron basilisks and the screams of dying man and horse alike, his final gambit bellowed through the din. As he awaited his foe's retort, the young Emperor Maximilian IV unclasped his burning cloak. Bloody mud caked his pauldrons, and he tore them away with trembling arms; they served little purpose now.

British Rock Group Cream
Another British rock group that really rocked the charts with their music was Cream. The boys in the band were Jack Bruce vocalist/guitarist, Eric Clapton Vocalist/guitarist, and Ginger Baker drummer. Their special kind of music consisted of blues rock, hard rock, and psychedelic rock. When Cream came out with their third album titled Wheels of Fire it became the world’s first platinum-selling double album. During their time they sold over fifteen million albums all over the globe. Among their songs were traditional blues like “Crossroads” and “Spoonful”, modern blues like “Born Under a Bad Sign” and kind of eccentric songs like “Strange Brew”, “Tales of Brave Ulysses”, and “Toad”.
