Crazy on Capitol Hill
What is Crazy? As I said in my previous article, I’m gonna talk about crazy today. I’ve been called crazy before because of not thinking the way other people do and because of not acting the way they expected me to. I don’t like being controlled, I’m a wanderer so many people take that to mean, I need to be controlled. On the contrary, if you try to control me, you will see an episode of crazy. A bit of paranoia takes over then I believe my own thoughts and I escape. I’m not being specific because I can’t quite remember the situations or conversations where I was called crazy. I’ve never hurt anyone or myself, so how crazy can I really be... I work on having a healthy mind. If I speak my mind, I’m considered crazy... Why aren’t the people who believe lies considered crazy? Don’t disrupt the lie, disrupt the truth teller? Misconstrued definition of crazy, in my opinion.
Unmasked rioter carries Confederate flag into White House
For the past 4 years, Trump supporters have defended the 45th president no matter how bizarre his behavior became. They looked the other way and empowered a deranged lunatic to run roughshod as he pretended to govern the nation. Now it seems the chickens have come home to roost. The lawlessness that was condemned when it pertained to BLM is now being committed by those who have believed they are true Americans. Four people are dead as a result of the attack on the White House on Wednesday. The sacred building has now been stained in more ways than one.

More than two months after the 2020 United States Presidential Election, with no sign of outgoing President Donald J. Trump accepting he lost, the lame duck continues to divide the American people.

Although Donald Trump had convinced a sizable group of GOP lawmakers to join him in his ill-fated and unsubstantiated claims that election fraud was responsible for President-elect Joe Biden’s landslide win in November’s election, the deadly violence he incited on Capitol Hill this week caused many of his allies to abandon him at the last minute.

As a proud Independent I've always said I am so because I'm not dumb enough to be a Democrat and too smart to be a Republican. These days, I add to it, that I'm too smart, too patriotic and principled to be a Republican. On this day, as the body count from the COVID-19 virus rises past .25 million, all of those lost lives demand the truth be told. That truth is that they are all victims of the mass murder plot hatched by Donald J. Trump as part of his role as an agent in place for Russia's Vladimir Putin.

I'm growing tired. The deeper we get into this thing called life it almost seems the worse off we are. Our nation is more divided than it has ever been in my time on this Earth. I, for one, am repulsed. I have never witnessed such atrocities. We were made to accept filthy liars as the leaders of our country. We were made to feel alone in everything during COVID19. Now we are made to watch the double standards of America ring whole heartedly true.
The Darkest SunrisePublished 3 years ago in The SwampDOMESTIC TERRORISTS
This is disgusting and outrageous. Criminals and terrorists have stormed the House. They trespass on a federal building and threatened the welfare of elected officials, who were in the process of certifying the newly elected president and vice-president. This was atrocious first because such criminal behavior was incited and called for by the man in the White House. A man who wants to be a dictator, -just as those he admires the likes of Putin and Kim Jung Un-, he told his followers to march to the capital and take control, but in a peaceful way.
Pedro A. IdarragaPublished 3 years ago in The SwampAmerica was warned in November 2016 that civil unrest was coming
After the 2016 election many Americans said Donald Trump would ruin the nation. Ardent Trump supporters said Democrats were sore losers because Hillary did not win. Over the 4 years these loyal Trumpateers continued their netoric. Whites were called angry and Blacks called racist. Those who stood by number 45 did not understand when other Americans said “ Not my president” and that Trump would be impeached. Today, America and the world realized that Donald J Trump is no one’s president. To those who say they did not ever see a day coming when the White House would be stormed, I remind them that they were warned and yes some US citizens saw this day as a possibility.

Trump’s “Go Home” Message to his MAGA Supporters was a War Cry
After president-elect Joe Biden called for the US President Donald Trump to go on national TV and denounce the attacks on the Capitol and Senate grounds, Trump responded by a one-minute video on Twitter. Twitter immediately disabled the reply, retweet, and sharing options for the video.
Ahmed SheriefPublished 3 years ago in The Swamp Donald Trump causes his supporters that storm the White House
Donald Trump said last week to wait until January 6 and now we see what he was referring to. Trump supporters have stormed the White House and made their way inside the Capital building . Government officials have gone into hiding from those who believe the election was stolen. For weeks Trump had been inciting trouble even tweeting that today was going to be “a wild one.’ The president’s niece Mary warned on CNN that things would get worse as the inauguration neared and she was correct. It’s hard to imagine that so many Americans have been hoodwinked and bamboozled into thinking the Biden win was not legitimate. This situation has been 4 years in the making and those who turned a blind eye to Trump’s rhetoric can hide no more.

Donald Trump’s family continues to join in sharing his unfounded complaints of alleged fraud in last year’s presidential election. His son, Eric, is getting in on the action with a threat to all GOP lawmakers who do not participate in an effort to disenfranchise millions of voters and overturn a free and fair election resulting in a win for President-elect Joe Biden.

Just found out my blood pressure was super high today when I go to see my doctor. It was so much higher than the normal range which really concerns me because it's not good for my blood vessels at all. If you read up more information on what high blood pressure is about, it really explains why it's important to maintain a normal blood pressure level. When you get older, your blood vessels may not even be as good and then you can get all kinds of problems including stroke. When I google it, it has this to say: A hypertensive crisis is a severe increase in blood pressure that can lead to a stroke. Extremely high blood pressure — a top number (systolic pressure) of 180 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) or higher or a bottom number (diastolic pressure) of 120 mm Hg or higher — can damage blood vessels. So, this is really bad because when you have very high blood pressure, it can damage your blood vessels which are what's essential for your health and well-being. One's body system is really much more complicated than what one can imagine. It's what makes up you as a functioning human being. Here's a great reading about it
