The "Gun to Head" Manifestation

When you're backed into a corner, you find out what you're truly capable of.

The gun-to-the-head mentality is an easy notion to grasp.

It is all about giving it your all.

It's theatrical, almost like a "boot camp mindset," yet it works.

If you think you're working hard now, consider what would happen if someone held a gun to your head and said, "Work twice as hard or you will die."

You would work twice as hard, wouldn't you?

Why seek the bronze medal when you can have the gold one?

Why aim low when you can aim high?

Your subconscious is the background noise in your mind that prevents you from thinking about the things you want to think about!

Yet, you DO have control.

In truth, you have already easily manifested EVERYTHING you are and have.

According to the most recent quantum physics research, your world is produced by your attention.

Your Attention is what transforms that subatomic particle into everything you have in your life…right now.

The reality you are living is dependent on three factors:

- The story you tell yourself and others.

- Your limiting beliefs.

- Your judgments (and more so, your fear of consequences.)

These 3 things are your focus and attention.

That's what your subconscious is.

Reality is a question mark, and you are the one always answering that question, with your Attention

But who's directing your attention? Your Subconscious.

Photo 2: Notice the amazing difference? Everything is in perfect harmony.

In fact, our brain is capable of rapidly unlearning constraints and limitations, and becoming unlimited!

That is why reality is a question mark.

Your circumstances change as you develop and evolve.

It is not a matter of learning how to manifest - you already do that every second of every day - it's a question of "updating the software" in your brain's hardware.

The human brain has the astonishing capacity to "reorganize itself" by connecting new brain cells.

The brain does not re-shape itself in the same way that clay does.

It just discovers new methods to "join the dots."

Neurologists refer to this phenomenon as "neuroplasticity" or "brain plasticity."

"With regard to intention and manifestation, there is a grave misunderstanding," says Rachel Astarte, L.M.F.T., a psychotherapist and podcaster. "The general understanding of manifesting is that we put out positive intentions in the universe and the universe will give us what we want in return. But this is not how manifestation works."

She claims that defining manifestation in this way suggests that the cosmos is something separate from us.

Manifestation is, in fact, a synthesis of:

1) quantum physics

2) neuroplasticity

3) confirmation bias.

"Your deep-rooted subconscious beliefs govern your life if you don't take charge on a conscious level," says Harsh Shah, a spiritual life coach, mindfulness meditation trainer, energy healer, and the founder of Omsatva, a holistic wellness marketplace.

As you make a conscious change, your beliefs will automatically begin to change as well.

Because neuroplasticity asserts that when you think and conduct differently, your brain will begin to recognize and accept your new views as true.

According to Positive Psychology, when you believe in something, you will naturally think and conduct in that manner.

It's You!

Your Attention.

Your ATTENTION is what manifests your reality.

And so, when you are backed into a corner when you find yourself in a bind, you have little alternative but to rewire your brain mechanism and adapt to what truly counts.

In other words, that fear is what boots your flight!

It's not what you do, but how you do it.

You must make a deliberate effort to modify How you think about what you want and how you behave in order to attain it, otherwise, you may be inadvertently manifesting exactly what you're afraid about.

The goal is to feel it deeply.

Believe that with all your heart. Get worked up over it.

Let it elicit feelings of excitement, happiness, or anxiety in you.

You can break down manifestation into four simple steps:

Intention.

Visualization

Aligned action.

Suppress any thoughts or feelings that are contrary to the intention.

Emotions are powerful, so try to correlate emotions with whatever you're attempting to materialize.
