With this bone-deep fear, it is natural to be anxious and difficult to move forward.

These two reasons come together, we can know that the long busy work, heavy life affairs, emotional frustration, confusion about the future ...... When these external pressures intersect with their problems, the inner will be confused and lost, and finally sad and painful, resulting in anxiety.

Anxiety is an oppressive fantasy about our situation.

This fantasy is similar to the bad, spoiled, easy-to-breed malignant bacteria, not only contagious but also comes with its own drug-resistant body, no matter how expelled, which will always run to our inner heart, especially in our Chinese body.

So how can we solve this internal illusion, stop anxiety?

It's simple: never be afraid of how things are going and don't indulge in oppressive fantasies.

There are countless ways to solve the various problems that everyone suffers from in life, never use only the one in your mind to solve them, or just feel helpless and helpless. Even if you face death head-on and teeter on the edge of life and death, you can still choose to smile and send off unhindered.
