In such a situation, some tips should be followed to safely take sleeping pills taken for the treatment of sleep disorders.

5. Caffeine and alcohol should be avoided while taking sleeping pills . For this, tea and coffee intake should be limited.

6. Take sleeping tablets only when you have time to get enough sleep . Eating most sleeping pills makes one feel lethargic the next day as these sleeping pills have their effect in the body for a long time.

7. Take the first dose of sleeping pills at a time in which there is no need to go anywhere the next morning.

8. Never drive a vehicle after taking sleeping pills.

9. If you have any problem while taking sleep medicine, contact your doctor or pharmacist immediately.

10. When you take sleeping pills, you may also have complex sleep behavior such as sleep walking or sleep driving . So talk to the doctor about the risks of sleeping pills.

There are two types of sleeping pills , one helps in getting sleep by targeting the receptor that promotes sleep in the brain but, you get addicted to it. Whereas New Generation sleeping pills are more effective than the former. However, they also have side effects.

Side effects of sleeping pills

Doctors never ask a person struggling with sleeplessness to use sleeping pills (sleeping tablets) early. Doctors do not prescribe these tablets to anyone as soon as possible because of the side effects of sleeping pills. Side effects resulting from using these sleeping pills-

1. Taking a standard dose of 35 milligrams of sleeping pills every day increases the risk of heart attack by 20 percent. On the other hand, if a person has taken 60 sleeping tablets in a year, then the risk can increase up to 50 percent. This is due to Zopidem, an element found in these sleep medications.

2. According to a study, it has also been revealed that people who regularly depend on sleeping pills are also at higher risk of cancer .

3. Sleeping pills also relaxes the nervous system. That is why the use of these sleeping tablets for a long time can promote health problems related to the nervous system.

4. Clots are formed in the blood vessels due to taking sleeping tablets every day. This also causes memory ( memory ) to be weak. Also, the problem of restlessness also takes birth.

5. If you use more sleeping pills then your body balance deteriorates. In such a situation, driving or doing any machinery work can prove to be dangerous for you.

6. If someone already has a sleep apnea problem, sleeping tablets make it worse. It is a health problem in which a person has difficulty breathing while sleeping.

7.If you take sleeping pills for a long time, then you will get used to these medicines. You will not be able to sleep without these pills. The problem is that these sleeping pills cannot be dropped suddenly because it can cause you more problems like vomiting, nausea and restlessness.

Neurologist A.K. of Lucknow Pandey explains, "The intake of sleeping pills leads to a chemical block called acetylcholine. Decreasing acetylcholine levels can also lead to other brain diseases including dementia . This is due to their continuous prolonged use. It is only right to a extent to take sleeping medicines. Regular intake of sleeping pills can pose a risk for blood pressure and heart diseases . "

Insomnia (insomnia) or get rid of sleep-disorder to gain if these sleeping then turned their attention to proper diet and lifestyle as well as pills are the symptoms of this problem can be quickly reduced. It may also be beneficial if you try meditation and yoga as the first treatment instead of sleeping pills.
