strains
Potent explores the various strains of marijuana.
Gelato Mint and the Tin It's In
It has been far too long since the last time I actually wrote one of these reviews. Like, way too long. If you aren't familiar with who I am or why this article series deserves to exist, you can get the jist of that over here. Or you can just assume I'm worth listening to and we can talk about some really good weed with some really strange packaging.

This particular review article has been on my mind for a while now, but I haven't really found the appropriate words to convey my thoughts about the first of these strains until recently. While I am always honest, open, and as objective as possible in my reviews, I'm also not trying to overly critical or demeaning towards any strain or company that doesn't deserve it. When it comes to these specific strains and those of the next cannabis review, achieving all of those things has been more difficult than is typical. Now, please don't go into this review thinking these are bad strains, because they aren't. It's just that a lot of good, bad, and ugly weed is misleading on the surface, and that's something important to highlight across the board. It just needed to be done without sounding like an asshole, and that took some extra time and care to accomplish.
John DodgePublished 3 years ago in PotentNature's most fascinating plants
Marijuana is one of the oldest plants cultivated by humans, containing 485 different chemical constituents. At least 85 of them are active cannabinoids. The first thing anyone should know about marijuana as a botanical specimen, is the 3 main strains.
Beth E. GadsbyPublished 3 years ago in PotentUrsa Major Strain Review
Ursa Major is a beautiful cross between the strains Cereal Killer (I love that name) and Jet Fuel Gelatto. This strain has quickly become one of my favorites, and true to its origins, it's an indica leaning strain.
OG Skunk Strain
OG Skunk blooms dense, rotund buds of a light-green shade with a sparkling layer of trichome crystals. Putting a flame to the flower will produce a clean, silky smoke with a combination of lemon, skunk, and diesel to tantalize the tongue. The heady and body consequences from this strain are equally matched and balanced. The cerebral excessive is uplifting and energizing, imparting happy thoughts and creative stimulation. The body high might also kill pain, reduce inflammation, loosen sore or tight muscular tissues, and relieve cramps. Those seeking awareness or motivation may discover OG Skunk helps, as that is both a medical and social use pressure. Not unusual aspect effects of OG Skunk encompass cottonmouth and crimson eyes.
So you don’t care about craft cannabis? You’re more into value?
Craft Cannabis is a culture. Hand-tended, all-natural, customized care. It makes the bud an incredibly high-quality product but it also makes the weed expensive. Cannabis in Canada is a multi-billion-dollar market. Different people are naturally going to want different products and experiences. That’s life.
Josh Socket WritesPublished 3 years ago in PotentJiffy Cake Strain Review
Jiffy Cake is an Indica hybrid cross between the strains Wedding Cake and Peanut Butter Breath. I usually stray away from the Cake strains. They tend to produce a more cerebral than relaxing high that bothers my anxiety. However, I had heard good things about Peanut Butter Breath, so I picked it up.
Best Delta 8 THC Flowers
What do you need to know about THC Delta-8? Although THC Delta-9 is the most well-known cannabinoid in cannabis flower, it isn't the only powerful chemical component. One of its isomer, THC Delta-8, is also one of the four most common cannabinoids, which has some differences in chemical structure and effects.
Christian MateoPublished 3 years ago in PotentHave you tried Nugs from Nova Scotia?
BC bud is good, but don’t limit yourself. Everybody knows BC bud. Even if you’re not a smoker/drinker/vaper/edible taker, you know BC. British Columbia has a reputation for being a major producer of potent quality cannabis. BC’s hills, valleys, mild weather and humid climate are perfect for outdoor grows. BC’s cannabis community is rich with experienced people who have knowledge of growing good cannabis in any setting. People have even been known to sneak BC bud back over the border into the states.
Josh Socket WritesPublished 3 years ago in PotentBest Weed Strains for Experienced Users
Even the most experienced cannabis smokers haven’t tried every single strain on the market. That’s impossible. Breeders continuously experiment and come up with outstanding creation. Recreational cannabis is being legalized with a growing pace, so that gives growers more wind at their backs.

Queen MJayPublished 4 years ago in PotentDifferent Types Of Cannabis Plants
Like all other plants in the world, cannabis has different types known as species and subspecies. This is similar to choosing between a red buff tomato and a cherry tomato at the grocery store. Types of cannabis, just like tomatoes, can even come in different forms: their buds can be of different colors, their stalks of different heights, and their overall shape can be different.
