because your heart (and mine as well) won’t let you go
you have filled in the empty damaged spaces
Deep inside my soul, buried deep in our mortality

because how could I not have value
when you loved me so much?
oh, the mountains you moved to find me
the rivers you swam
the roads you traveled looking for me
you then found me again
a lifetime had passed
and then you helped me recognize my worthiness
when I felt like nothingness
when I only saw hopelessness in my reflection
except for when you looked at me
like I was your world
you found me
you lost me
you looked for me

and then you died
