I saw this picture of my Muse and her daughter making toys and thought it definitely needed a poem, and decided on a villanelle.
I’m going to include The Velvet Underground’s “I’m Sticking With You” because the song and video are so cute just like the picture that inspired this poem.

Making Fluffles With Bright Black Eyes
And Autumn Laughing With Her Mom

Making Fluffy Toys We’ve Begun
They’re Amazing, What A Surprise

Those Smiles Are Perfect, And Then Some
Laughter, Happiness, Perfect Times
And Autumn Laughing With Her Mom

Fluffles Are Made, And Now We’re Done
In Our Hands, They Look So Fine

Holding Our Fluffles Here We Come
Smiles And Happiness Is Our Prize
