The Font Forms A Looking Glass
Poem
Never beg a rich man
A wise man once told me
Or he will own you.
Never beg a poor man
A wise man once said
Or he will bite you.
Never beg a future heart
Because they don't know you yet.
Beg only to the principle of being
Who loves you
Even if you need to
Beg the surface of his brow
Tell him you'll know how not to
When one day
You are that much closer to bide
Time well.
