You think you own the world, don’t you? You’re a puppet on a string with nothing true. Your words like knives, they cut so deep, but you’re nothing more than a snake that creeps.
Say one thing, yet mean another; is this a game? Words like honey, sticky and sweet, but the outcome remains the same. Cracks reveal where the truth should be, as the lies slowly become clear to me.
