nature poetry
An ode to Mother Nature; poems that take their inspiration from the great outdoors.
Poem of the day
When fire came to man tendrits of fire climb and wrap themselves around timber like ivy flowers of flame blooming in the night. Petals unfurt from Prometheus' garden and bless eyes in the darkness with the gift of sight.
Everlasting Bonds: An Inspirational Romantic Tale
Quite a long time ago in the curious town of Serenityville, there lived two indistinguishable companions, Ethan and Olivia. They shared a bond that rose above the customary - an association so profound that it endured everyday hardships and difficulty. Much to their dismay their process together would unfurl into an inspirational romantic tale that would motivate ages to come.

If Saturn Were A Person
Day 35/366 days of writing pieces in 2024. The above photo is from NASA’s instagram account. With the photo they wrote,”If you like it, put a ring 💍 on it.”I thought that was clever as hell. I’m kind of obsessed with this ringed beauty. Recently I found myself saying,”If I were a planet, I’d want to be Saturn.” I stare at pictures of this planet sometimes before bed. It’s interesting to me. So much so, I decided to write a poem personifying it. Although astrologists will tell you this planet is known as the disciplinarian, I didn’t include that this time around.
