Strange Wanderers
A Poem

Two lost souls
Having lost all control
Tugging on one another
Tethered together by wonder
Loss
Betrayal
Of the heart
Of the mind
Letting it all bleed through their art
Circling around the same point
Distant, yet near
Finding freedom in their fear
Emotions
Scattered like stars
On the waves
Crashing all around
Locked in an eternal embrace
Never to hold each other
