love poems
Love poems for hopeless romantics; I'm the poet and you're my muse.
the river i became
i wasn't just tired, honestly. i was a POND full of borrowed rain — just murky with everyone else's storms. i am the quiet f i l t e r of my unspoken depths. the way i stopped letting their mud settle in my bed, and started rising like i was meant to be CLEAR. the way i W A S H my spirit like a ritual of release, for every time i swallowed their noise, their pain, their everything. like PURITY found my address first. sometimes i think, if my soul were a vessel, i spent years carrying their darkness while ignoring my own LIGHT. if peace is a current, full of flow, motion, S̶t̶u̶c̶k̶ memories, and heavy stones then finding ME was like learning the river was always running — i just built dams i didn't need. leave their shadows here. i'll RINSE them. leave your "too much" here. i'm ENOUGH. all the versions you drowned to keep them afloat. let me FREE them. i f l o w now, cleansing gently inside the quiet current of my own truth. i'd purify me always.

Stop Dating, Start Growing
Profound love is a mentor-mentee relationship. Many people equate love with companionship, giving, and sacrifice. But truly profound love is seeing the parts of the other person that haven't yet grown, and then helping them nurture those parts.
