I've lived a life like a lie

Like it's a crime

Everything is so strange

All their mind games

Brainwashed, alone I endure

All these feelings

Falling for what they called evil.

The 28 years

Living this alone

It's like I'm living life under a gravestone

Buried in this fearful mess

The 28 years

I was so afraid

Of letting go

Of something

I couldn't really see

It was pain

And joy at the same time

Although I was alone

I felt something with me

The 28 years

Living this alone

It's like I'm living life under a gravestone

Buried under this mess

The 28 years
